On 12/24/22, we were very disappointed to learn that our flight out of the US was cancelled/rebooked in 2 days due to an arctic cold front that moved across the US. This meant we missed Boxing Day EPL match West Ham v Arsenal. The site still hadn't issued our tickets (1-2 days before). As a result, we missed the match and we had no tickets to resell. We were out over US$1000 with no recourse. If weather may affect your travel, this site has T&C that ensure you will lose your investment.
UPDATE: On 12/26/22, the day we were supposed to be hand-delivered our tickets, we received a whatsapp message telling us that not only were we losing our investment, but they said "i'm contacting to inform you that we need to try and resell tickets and it is really late for that so chances are not so high" This was 2 days after we notified them that the airline couldn't rebook us for 2 additional days and we couldn't use the tickets. They offered us a 70% credit or a 50% refund (minus booking fee of $300). I responded by telling them that if they would offer a full refund, minus booking fee of $300 (their profit), that we would take down our negative review as they would have improved our experience. No response.

Website close to being a scammer. Didn't provide correct information on tickets application number for the World Cup game we purchased. Didn't disclose any information on the Hayya card needed to have with the ticket, we bought the ticket 1 day before the game so it was impossible to get the Hayya card by that point. The tickets were not delivered and the company refused to refund. We have written numerous emails to them to advise no tickets have delivered. On the day of the match at 3pm we were told to wait until 5pm for the tickets to be delivered. We live 5 hours away from the venue. Terrible service and they should be reported for what they do.

So we got the information on a Thursday that we should pick up the tickets on Friday at a pharmacy near Wembley. At 3am on Friday we got a WhatsApp with the new information, that we should pick them up at a hotel near Baker Street. We went there in the given time frame and got the tickets. On Saturday we went to the stadium and to the gate at 2:15pm. The tickets didn't work. We called the contact that told us to pick up the tickets at Baker Street and he told me he could not talk just write. So I wrote him about the issue and he told me NOT to go to the tickets office, but to go to the pharmacy 1.2 km from the gate. We RAN to the pharmacy (0,7 miles) and waited about 10-15 minutes outside. The guy told us he was coming in a few minutes. He NEVER CAME and wrote to us to go to the tickets office! At that moment we thought it was a joke. But we ran back there, because it was already about 3:00pm (game starts at 3:30!). The line at the tickets office was huge. We were in the queue about 20 minutes, when the guy from the Email called us und told us to pick up replacement tickets at the pharmacy! So we had to run again...! It was really exhausting and we came back extremely tired. And even when we arrived at the pharmacy the guy wasn't there! Then my husband called him and he got him waiting on the phone for a few minutes (that costs MONEY for us, since we are not from the UK). Then he told him to go to a shoe store nearby and when he arrived there, nobody was there, even though he was told, we was waiting there. After my husband called again, the guy with the tickets came. It was about 3:30pm. We missed the kick-off. We sprinted back and we finally got in, about 15 mins after the start of the game. It was a hot and sunny day and it was extremely tiring...
We understand that Man City issues the tickets, but the handling of the situation and the overall confusion was completely on LiveFootballTickets... Horrible.

We flew to London as a Christmas present for our daughter to see Manchester City play Brentford.
The game on the 29th was to start at 8:15pm.
After supplying hotel and arrival details to the Customer Service team, we did not hear back from a live person until a few hours before kickoff.
At 5:30pm we were informed someone would be meet us at 7pm near the Bee's Stadium Store.
The store is on the west side of the stadium far from the visitors entrance located in the northeast corner.
We reached out to the messenger numerous times without hearing back and informed him to meet us near the visitors entrance.
He arrived 15 minutes before kickoff.
He claimed he had taken the tube from central London and that his train been delayed.
We missed all the pre-game activity and the chance to see both teams warm up.
Lastly - spent $$$ for seats in the last row in back corner.
I bought a ticket for the match of Man United vs. Everton on 2. Oct. 2021. My ticket did not work at the entrance of the stadium and was recognized by the scanner as a 'canceled' ticket! After investigation, I realized that my ticket was already purchased by a member of the ManUnited club and was already issued with the name of a lady! When I called the Livefootballticket, they told me not to go to the ticket office and they will bring me a new ticket soon! I waited for them and somebody (!) gave me a new ticket with a stranger's name on it! Although the ticket worked and I could enter the stadium, the ticket belonged to the worst stand/section of the stadium that was certainly much cheaper than what I had paid (£162.5)! However, I could not watch the match because somebody else was already occupying that seat and I had to leave the stadium! I had traveled from Lincoln to Manchester for this match but I could not watch it! Although they refunded my money, I still paid about £50 for train tickets plus wasting a day of my life! Will they compensate for these?!
Finally, I realized that this is a trick of them! They offer a variety of options to purchase on their website just to make you to but a ticket from them. Then, some of them wander around the stadium to replace the good seat tickets with the low-quality ones (in case you persist on your right!)
So, never trust them.
Additionally, please note that, in general, their prices are more than twice the normal ticket prices.
Purchased 2 tickets last October for the Scotland/England game June 2021.
Recieved an email from a guy called Ryan a month ago, requesting passport I. D, which I forwarded, followed by a generic email stating we would have to do a lateral flow test before the match.
The match is in 3 days and still no tickets/refund.
Unable to speak on the phone, no emails are returned and live chat is offline.
Just thankful we have been able to cancel hotels and not booked train tickets from Wales/Scotland
I was very disappointed in the service provided. The tickets (3 to Man U v Burnley) were not delivered to the hotel as promised, and which I paid for. I ended having to track down an "associate" of someone who I had spoken to outside the stadium just before the game to get the tickets. This individual was not associated with Livefootbaltickets.com and was merely another fan taking his child to the game. I took a chance taking the train to the game and it worked out, which is the only reason this is not a one star review. Quite unprofessional and quite disappointing. Will not likely use this organization again.
