I ordered my console table on 12/2 and then I read the reviews. I am so glad that I didn't have the chance to cancel because it came today 12/23 and it is absolutely perfect in every way. The only assembly was attaching the base to the marble top with the 4 screws that were included - it took less than 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to order from Litfab again - they are far less than their competitors and their merchandise is top quality.

Soon as I got the packages and was late I knew it was gonna be broken inside. Company sent me damaged sinks and wanted send me another one I said no cause I'm sure be broken too I ask for full refund then they wanted negotiate to give me 40 percent and that's when I had enough after 4 days of back and fourth and report to my bank. If they send me shipping labels they can have there broken $#*! back if not it's trash. If a company is real they would have business insurance to protect them and cover for damages.

Do not shop from this website. I deeply suspect whether they are a legitimate company. Feel like they should not be allowed to do business here. Their online return policies are posted but are totally ignored by the customer service. They offered to refund 5%, then 10% as if there is no rule or standard. The light I ordered did not meet the standard and could not even cover the light junction box. The product is made with slim metal and cheap plastic, probably less than 1/5 of the value that I paid. Avoid this scam at all cost!

Ordered a bookcase for my daughters bedroom just after Christmas, waited 2 months for it to arrive only to find that many of the wooden pieces are damaged. I emailed the customer service team and they responded quickly and efficiently at first. However, once I sent over multiple pictures and video clips proving damage to the product, they suddenly stopped replying to my emails. I have sent two emails chasing up the issue since with no response. Awful company, shocking customer service and products that are cheaply made and just aren't worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone!
I placed an order online for a reading table in February.I have received couple of weeks ago. It's completely different than I ordered. They do cheating with customer. I asked them to take it back as it was wrong product was delivered. Initially they star bargaining with me 5% off from the original price then 40%.So unprofessional customer service.Yesterday I received a email and asked me to send it back to them by my own cost.You need to be very careful if you would like purchase anything from them.
I thought this was a UK based company but they actually are based in China. I have 2 kids with autism and need sturdier furniture. I found a heavy duty plastic dresser and purchased it for $200 + $70 for shipping. Its quality is terrible and it took 7 weeks to arrive. Total waste of time and money.

I just had a horrible experience with Litfad. I ordered a medium blue chair and it came a very dark gray. The color was COMPLETELY misrepresented on the site. When I contacted customer service, they blamed ME and my online screen, when I looked on three screens and they all read blue. They made me send countless photos into them of the product acting as through they were helping me return it, to just tell me the best they could do is give me a 10% refund! Now I am stuck with a chair I hate. Never again.

I finally got ahold of someone early last month, they blamed the delay on Chinese New Year.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. Their shipping takes FOREVER, and forget about trying to reason with their customer service if something goes wrong. They would not provide a refund or shipment of the correct desk top. They wanted me to pay to return the item after they sent the wrong thing. To top it off they want me to hire and pay for someone to fix it. Litfad is a complete scam. I'm out $1000. Their prices are too good to be true. Look up the reviews! I ordered an island from this company. The product was damaged they would not return it and they would not refund my money. I sent them pictures and they tried to negotiate by starting with 10% back. This island was over $2400. Then the next time they offer 20% back. I got them up to 40% back and then they refused to do that. Save yourself time and money the product was very cheaply made.

I bought a shower from their fraudulent website in August. I have sent an email about every 3 weeks to be replied with emails that read "be patient your order is on its way". It was supposed to take about 4 weeks and it has been 15 or 16. The last 2 emails they suggested I pay for air shipping to expedite the time to receive the shower. The request for $300 for air shipping was 6,8, & 12 weeks after it had "already left the warehouse and would be arriving soon". Total SCAM!

I ordered a coffee table, this arrived 2 weeks later than scheduled in a battered damaged box with the sides open. Inside the polystyrene was crushed to bits with no protection whatsoever. The item was not at all what it was described as very cheap looking and not black like described, it had a shiny white underneath, wasn't the size it said either.That aside the product was damaged. Customer service want to refund me 5% of this damaged item to keep it and seem to be refusing me a refund at all costs.

We bought a carpet, delivery was in a reasonable time, but the quality is just poor in relation to the price paid. The pictures in the shop promise much more than the product in the end. The carpet material is insufficiently dyed. If the main color of the carpet is actually red and orange, the originally white background shines through in almost every fiber. No refund or return is possible. I can't recommend this shop at all
I have ordered lamp from this company and received a bunch of parts i) which looked like something from the rubbish bin; ii) had exposed electric wires; iii) power cable without connector.
Upon contacting the support service I was suggested to hire electrician!

This company does not stand by their products. I ordered a red ceramic sink in early Feb. 2024. It arrived in April 3 totally shattered. I sent pictures of the damage to the shipping box and the sink with a request for a refund. They did not comply and promised a replacement. I responded that I did not want a replacement just a refund. Another sink showed up on April 13- also broken. Sent the requested pictures. There is no way to talk to a human; all communication is done via email.
They offered a reimbursement of 50% of the $500+cost. I declined. I have filed a claim with PayPal, and a report to AARP fraud division, BBB, the FBI and the Texas Attorney general. None were very encouraging about getting any satisfaction since the company is housed in China. First time I have been scammed. I'm surprised that the US has so little control over damages caused by foreign companies.
I bought the Scandanavian wood bed frame on 1/27/24 which was shipped from China with no protective package. The shipment arrived a month later damaged with parts missing. The product came unfinished — there was no mention of that in the description, and the photo of the product looked finished. Quality was poor, wood slats are very thin. The wood has a pungent smell that fade a tad but does not go away. The company does not accept refunds unless you file a case and then Litfad will allow a refund if you ship the product back to China at your expense which took 3 months to resolve. It was actually more cost effective to trash but what a waste, not to mention the impact on the environment! I deeply regret this purchase.

I ordered a carpet which was smaller than indicated and the colours didn't match the description or the picture and had just terrible quality. Therefore, I wanted to return my order but despite the website stating that this product is eligible for return within 60 days, they didn't let me return the carpet, stating that I have to pay shipping myself and can only receive a refund of 5%! If that is not seriously fraudulent behaviour, I don't know what is! DO NOT ORDER!
I had ordered a bunk bed from Litfad. The bed has extremely poor quality wood and it came with chips, cracks, unpolished and sharp edges and poor black-white instructions materials. The surfaces and corners are not polished. It has sharp needles like chips and it is not painted or varnished.
How do they sell such poor quality materials while saying that these are Scandinavian bunk bed?
