Lipedema Products

I ordered a couple of compression garments from lipedema products online. My credit card was charged. My items were not sent. No replies to any of my emails and very hard to get them by phone call. When they did answer the phone I received no help what so ever. Would not recommend this company.

I'm short. I don't fall in the weight requirements on your size chart. The leggings didn't fit properly. These garments are expensive and right now not going to work for me. I checked the return/exchange policy and you don't make that simple either. Ive decided to alter them myself to make them work. Disappointed.

Slow to notify me that they were out of my color, and I was surprised at the lack of finish on the hem of the sleeves, since on my short arms they peek out beyond the cuff of a long sleeved shirt. I will say they were very responsive when I mentioned this, saying they would look into changing the design. I like the fit and comfort of my sleeves.

Although the websit is not fully accessible to a screen reading program for the blind and visually impaired I was with some difficulty, able to select the Bioflect garments I was needing and purchased them. They were sent promptly.

Comfortable fit, seems to be working to reduce my swelling and discomfort. I have only worn custom compression garments. They have not reduced my swelling or discomfort. I have primary Lymphedema stage 2 in all 4 extremeties.

I ordered the knee highs. Unfortunately they do not stay up! They were down around my ankles before I could even leave the house. Felt as though my money went up in flames.

Step one was finding professionals that understood the condition. Step two was finding supportive products that could help me take on the condition. Your products were spot on & affordable!

I ordered custom fit PAXI sleeves from Lipedema Products on January 30th. The owner said they would ship Feb 4th. I FINALLY received half of my order on March 7th. I have called and called and emailed with no responses. This product was recommended by my doctor and it's the worst experience I've ever had with a company - BUYER BEWARE!

I never received the goods and then figured my order never went thru due to some processing error. Can you check this out for me.

Arrived promptly. Wonderful product. It seems to be well made and the fabric is snag resistant. It looks amazing. Now I have a bunch of them!

I like the feel and the fit but they do ride down quite easily. They are comfortable and can wear for my 12 hour shifts with no problems.

My therapists recommended Bioflect compression pants. I now have several pairs so laundering can be done. They are working well, delivery was fast.
