Zero Star for this fraudulent brand, sent me wrong items then asked me to return. After accepting them kept denying we haven't received yet, I tracked the pracel and showed them screenshot of the pracel received by Faisal a week ago. Then after few days they agreed items were received. Now it's been a month holding my voucher Rs 39,000 Harami customer service team keep lieing everyday on calls and WhatsApp it will be issue today like in few hours oh we have sent you check your spam or Junk, oh we have sent code on your number and its no where to be FOUND...Now I think they have scammed me. I have placed my order but not yet received. It is more than 15 days and still no update from them. Even you will not receive proper order tracking number. I advise you please don't order online. View the emails conversation as an evidence.
Terrible customer service.
Have sent out wrong items twice. They're a bunch of liars and fraudsters. They denied their mistake the first time saying it's due to lighting. There is a huge difference between flamingo pink and bright pink. This time they sent the wrong shade of red which was a re-order and when I sent proofs of the 2 items showing the difference my emails were ignored.
Please don't shop from them and waste your money.

We ordered clothes online from overseas. Order # was issued but no email confirmation and no order delivery. They do not pickup phone. That zendesk support widget is just a puppet on their website. Looks like someone is operating this website from a garage. Absolute rubbish...
They are using a big brands name and the parcel I got had smelly clothes quality was extremely low no price tags and ordinary packing. I am sure they are fake and sell replicas. Poor customer service extremely disappointed.
I'm trying to contact limelight but no answer limelight sent me wrong and bad quality clothes the clothe clour become fade and ruining shirt pattern but customer service don't bother to reply back to help out and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen that's is totally ridiculous and unacceptable so other people please beware
I have ordered online and after 3 weeks I have been trying to locate and track my order but there is nothing available online. And the phone number given is mostly of no use. If after trying for hours, someone picks up, never tells the truth. Never order online please.

I ordered Eid dresses in July 2020 and i received email 10 days before the Eid that "your order # is currently in process of being dispatched to you under tracking#. You will get your order in 3-5 working days." after 5 days i received same message again and didnt receive the order. I contact several times by call, emails and via WhatsApp but never receive any reply. I had to order another Eid dress that i received on time.

Ordered on 16th July. Eid day is 31st August. They said will delivery in 5 days. They never delivered the clothes. I was never informed about shipment. It was never sent. Customer supports sucks. And they can not deliver before Eid. Our Eid shopping is ruined as there is lock down in the country due to covid-19.
They send you defective items when u order online. Poor quality, poor customer services. Frauds. They sent in items with spots and stains over it and not even feel ashamed of themselves.
Limelight... what a fantastic name for a brand to be. I would say a dream tag for a brand. Such an amazing selection of name for a brand. Sometime name is way cool and we expect same services but here comes the reality. I thought the services would reflect the name however I would say. Its a brand full of crappy service and they only just focus on getting money from customers. I made online order with them from Australia and we received our parcel after 1 month here in Australia, we opted DhL but still international delivery takes time, when it arrived we noticed missing items, called their customer services team for help. I was advised to wait 24hrs and they will revert back to me. To my surprise I got a reply after 24hrs that we are very busy and cannot take any action on your request as it's late. Wow? How come I know about missing items in 4 days if I receive it after 1 month? Simply wow! PATHETIC
I had similar problem with another big name STYLO but not only they refund my money, they also apologised...
Guys please beware of these bunch of cheaters with zero customer services. Its just a name with nothing in reality. I would simply say... ITS JUST CRAP

Limelight is a good brand and their online store is also cool.
They deliver exactly what you order. I have bought unstitched dressed thrice.
However they have issues with sometime their online payment module
In that case you have the option of cash on delivery options.
My family Ordered from Canada they sent tracking number after a week we asked them weI haven't receive our order and they said order is in final dispatching process, but we did not received any order for long time so we asked for refund they said I will get it in 10-15 days didn't got anything they scam me. Now they don't reply to our msgs and delete comments from fb they are just scamming overseas people, Request to Overseas Pakistani especially from Canada and USA, this company is not reliable to order, you will waste your money and time
They never pick call, never bother to send email or notification wether our order is confirmed or not, even after many days we even don't about order confirmation
