Limelight... what a fantastic name for a brand to be. I would say a dream tag for a brand. Such an amazing selection of name for a brand. Sometime name is way cool and we expect same services but here comes the reality. I thought the services would reflect the name however I would say. Its a brand full of crappy service and they only just focus on getting money from customers. I made online order with them from Australia and we received our parcel after 1 month here in Australia, we opted DhL but still international delivery takes time, when it arrived we noticed missing items, called their customer services team for help. I was advised to wait 24hrs and they will revert back to me. To my surprise I got a reply after 24hrs that we are very busy and cannot take any action on your request as it's late. Wow? How come I know about missing items in 4 days if I receive it after 1 month? Simply wow! PATHETIC
I had similar problem with another big name STYLO but not only they refund my money, they also apologised...
Guys please beware of these bunch of cheaters with zero customer services. Its just a name with nothing in reality. I would simply say... ITS JUST CRAP
