I ordered the product in November and as of 12/17/22, still not received. Most of the phone numbers are disconnected for Beyond Flawless and No More Eye Bags. Com. It's still being advertised on tv, so they are still taking people's money. I stumbled across a different phone number and was able to speak to a customer service agent who told me he's been getting calls for 8-10 days now of people complaining the phone number is disconnected and no one has received their orders. The guy was stunned and told me he is "literally shaking" that something like this could happen! I reported them to my credit card company but I'm sure they took off with millions of dollars, those thieves!

I'm really getting worried that I have been scammed. I bought their under eye bag treatment a month ago. I've written emails & asked questions on their website asking where it is. Still says processing. No one will reply to my questions. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing & being out $100.00! Shame on me for being trusting!

OMG! I can't believe this for real, my eye bags gone so quickly, it is invisible, undetectable, water proof and last more than 24 hours. Not only it is instant, but it has long-term effect. After I used for 3 months, the eye bags are now much smaller, everybody thought i had work done. The product is water proof, so my tearing does not affect the effect, no white residual, no flaking, and sleep proof! What is genius to have this product for people like ours have heavy bags! I sincerely thank the company who created this!

Its been 4 months now. I ordered 4 sets of the no more eyebags on 10/29/22. I finally received something on 12/15/23, but they only sent me ONE set. I am so disappointed with their service. They don't want to talk to anyone on the phone unless you are calling to purchase. Anything else goes to phone message. They never call back. They don't answer emails. I believe the company is a scam. They advertise on television for the"no more eyebags",so you would think they are legit, but I don't think they can handle all the orders. Better business bureau does not have good things about this company either.
I do have to say that the product is good. I know this from the ONE set they sent. It will be a miracle if I get the other three sets.

I ordered the product, it took forever to come in and it made my under eye area look worse. When you smile the product wrinkles terribly looking much worse than without it on. I tried reapplying a second time staying really high and it did the same thing. No tinting to match your coloring either. Also, does not peel off in all one piece as easily as the video shows. I tried calling numbers and leaving messages with no luck. Their "Satisfaction Guarantee or money back" link on bottom of website page isn't actually a link! Beware, read reviews! I learned a $100 lesson here!

Had no problems with my first (and only) order. SO disappointed when I was not able to reorder. The product worked EXTREMELY well for me following the instructions. It was the best "baggy-eye" product I've tried...I've tried many. Using Plexiderm now and it doesn't come close because you can't use makeup with it,

I purchased Beyond Flawless Second Skin off both the nomoreeyebags.com site and the lilybioceuticals.com site. The first purchase was successful, and the product worked unbelievably great. But since that time (over six months ago) neither website has been able to successfully process any more purchases. I've used different credit cards, different PCs, and even tried off my cell phone, but nothing worked. So I tried calling the number that's on both websites for contact customer support, got what seemed to be an old-fashioned answering machine, and left messages on two different occasions with callback info to try to take my order over the phone. No responses. It's so strange that a company with a good product does not want to sell it, or answer the phone. Maybe this company has gone out of business?

I finally received my order from 12/20/2022 ( over 2.5 months ago) and tried to go online to get more information, as product instructions recommended. The designated website did not exist. The designated phone number did not exist. A little concerned, I decided to return the product, unopened. After searching for more info., I found a company-related website that had return authorization info. The phone number was a recording requesting that I leave my phone number. I found a contact page with an email address which did not work. The same unresponsive phone number was also listed. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SEEM TO EXIST!

This product is horrible. It works terribly on your face. You start wrinkling and peeling and not even knowing it's happening. It's not good for hot weather it's not good for cold weather. Not what it's advertised as. It's just not a good product don't buy it not worth your money

The product Beyond Flawless and "No More Eye Bags is a total SCAM. I placed an order in December and over a month later, I still have not received the product. I called the company several times and left messages. No one EVER contacts me! They took my money and ran with it! However, they STILL advertise on TV as a legitimate company. What type of professional company would ask a customer to continue to leave a voice mail without ever returning a call to you! I also sent an email and it was returned as not a valid email address. Sunce it advertises as part of Lily Pharmaceuticals, I would think Lily would be somewhat responsible for this poor business practice!

I tried the product within 24 hours of receipt and found the claims of foundation matching to be false, as I thought. The product CANNOT be worn under make up. It is of no value but the RMA line is not answered. Instead, after a single ring, it defaults to "Everyone is busy. Please call again" and continues to default to that recording. I will cancel my credit card payment now and let them whine about the S & H then. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO INTENT OF REFUNDING YOUR MONEY WILLINGLY.

I would love to attach photos except I don't want my identity on the Internet for this stuff. I actually have worse eyebags after using this and trying to remove this product from the delicate under eye area, than before I ever tried it. This is a disaster - save your money AND your skin! Who reading this review would ever stretch her/his under eye skin to lengthy proportions to try to remove this film of polymer? Nobody! I have repeatedly tried using this product, and as a very educated person who can follow instructions extremely well, I can tell you this product does not work. In fact, when it's on, you can try to convince yourself that it's created a clean surface so that the light reflects to camouflage the imperfections under the eye. But simply smile and you will see more wrinkles on the side with the product than the side without. It gathers and bunches the skin in a very unflattering way. If you want to look 15 years older then buy this product. And again, taking it off is so detrimental to the skin, I am concerned I'm going to need filler or surgery to correct the attempts I've made with this horrible product. If I could give it a -100 stars I would. I just wish I had come to this conclusion within the return period, instead I kept trying to make it work. Insult to injury is the price I paid to have my skin damaged.

P.S. I tried to post this on the product website and they refused to publish it. They only display the same fifteen 5 star reviews they've ever had. These reviews proved to be very misleading (in my opinion) because they might not be including anything negative, and it guided me to buy this product. In fact, nearly every one of their products is rated 5 stars, which is statistically impossible. I've asked the company to contact me which they haven't done, so I want to provide feedback to other customers to make an educated purchase. I haven't tried their other products, but Beyond Flawless is definitely something I was Beyond Disappointed with.
