Zain was wonderful! He worked with me through all of my questions and changes with a professional, understanding attitude. He encouraged all questions and answered each promptly. Thank you for a great experience. I am looking forward to my beautiful new cabinets! The delivery company that was used again told me that the product was out for delivery and my husband waited all day for them to come only to find that they were never on the truck at all. So, again, we had to wait an extra day to receive our products. The cabinets, hardware and service from Lily Ann Cabinets are WONDERFUL!

Assembly was easy but the tongue and groove didn't always line up. Also, it doesn't seem like the sturdiest connection. However, all the cabinets are square and the support brackets sturdy them up. The only real issue that occured that when attaching the 'lock' to the drawer, it split the wood in one instance and we have not been able to repair that.
We did our whole kitchen in Shaker White, now we're doing a built in wall to match!

The order process was great. There were several items not originally ordered that should have been. The extra freight was a disappointment but the total price was still great. I do have several items to return and will advise when that process is complete. I have already shared lilyanncabinets.com with several people and expect them to reach out soon! YRC was the freight company that was used and they took 2 extra days to deliver on BOTH orders. They are less than 5 miles from my home and was unable to deliver when they said they would. This is my biggest complaint. Lily Ann Cabinets provides great service and a quality product. If YRC would perform as well it would have been a near perfect experience.

Everything was as I expected for the price. I did have some trouble with the freight company with my first order but the second order was great. My only complaint would be the screws used to put everything together could be better quality.
I'm very happy with my order. Great cabinets at a great price. Delivery was quick even with full assembly. There were a few scratches on the cabinets when delivered, however customer service sent me a touch up kit to fix. Lennon was very helpful throughout the entire purchase. I've already recommended LilyannCabinets to Friends. Thank you!

My experience with Lily Ann cabinets was beyond expectations. I had shopped the home centers and one other cabinet "store" and found Lily Ann's prices to be much better with comparable quality cabinets. Lead time was better as well. I'm a DIY guy and a very pleased customer!
