I ordered the same cabinets as my neighbor and received a product inferior to what my neighbor received! The hinges on the doors is not of the same quality that my neighbor received. The assembly of the cabinets was not the same as your assembly video or what my neighbor has. The tongue and grove was not right. The tongue did not slide into the grove as it should. Had to use a block of wood and hammer to assemble and the back of the base cabinets was not tongue and grove as your video depicted. One of the cabinets had the grove broken and was glued back in place. This came apart during assembly and I had to nail the side to the back of the cabinet. Most of the base cabinets did not assemble as well as they should have. By the time the granite top is installed the defects should be covered. Respectfully Larry W. Johnson

Customer service was awesome. I recieved quick answers to my questions and beautifully rendered drawings of my cabinet layout. Prices were more than fair and the beauty and quality of the cabinets are outstanding.
I ordered the cabinet sample because my stupid contractor ordered the wrong cabinets from you - even after I told him twice - once in writing! I wanted to see the cabinet I wanted so I could strip and re-do the cabinets he ordered incorrectly to make them correct.
The design process and ordering was very easy to navigate. The assembly portion was a little trickier. Some of the instructions could be better defined and the videos need some updating to include the newer install methods and changes made. With a little patience one is able to figure it out. Overall the quality of the cabinets is wonderful especially for the price points. The shipping was timely and we didn't have any damaged cabinets when they arrived. I would recommend checking your order right away to note any missing items or obvious damage though. We did receive one wrong cabinet but it was a blind base and easy to switch the doors out. Overall this has been a good experience and I have recommended them to others seeking new kitchen cabinets.
I have received my order for York Saddle kitchen cabinets. They appeared to arrive in good condition. Lennon Weast was excellent to work with and even corrected a mistake I had made after placing the order. (That was very much appreciated!)
