Great experience, over all satisfied with my products. From ordered date to receiving the product was about 1 month. A few issues with some of the doors, but they are in the process of resolving. Would definitely go through them again.

Shopped many other RTA cabinets and went with LilyAnn. We are happy we did. Excellent quality, service. Shipping communication all the way through. We get compliments from everyone, cabinets look very high quality.
A little rocky due to errors on both ends, but it was all straightened out. Cabinets have not been delivered but I anticipate everything will arrive as ordered. Bill was very helpful.
UPDATE: The cabinets were delivered and have been installed in the kitchen and laundry. We still have 2 bathrooms to renovate but we purchased all the cabinetry at the same time. I couldn't appreciate the quality until I saw them. My architect and contractor were very impressed with the quality. These cabinets for all the rooms would have cost $30,000 elsewhere. The entire cost was around $7500 and I ordered them assembled...shipping free. I can't recommend LilyAnn Cabinetry enough.

I searched on the web for RTA cabinets and found your site. We chose Lily Ann Cabinets partly because of location (in Michigan) and above all the way the cabinets are constructed (dovetailed).
Quality beautiful cabinets, not junk. The counter top installers even bragged on their quality. Anytime I called in I was helped and would definitely buy these again.

Nice cabinets for the money. The only issue would be that there are no instructions for assembly of the base cabinets. I did figure it out, so it all ended well. All my friends are very impressed with the quality of the cabinets.

I am happy with everything except the assembly instructions. Some cabinets had none and even some of the online instructions had different hardware than what I have. I still haven't figured out how my lazy Susan doors get attached.
Sales very helpful but product not up to par with some broken pieces and wrong finger joint on a drawer. Replaced in a reasonable time.

Cabinets were good quality. Price was good. I had one glider that was broken but a new one was sent promptly. Main issue was the cockroach that arrived in my box. Outside of that everything was good.
