We had used Lilyanncabinets in 2016 before we moved from California to Florida and were happy with the cabinets.Now remodeling again we checked quality and prices in our area and were very disappointed! So ordered Bathroom vainity Very happy again.We plan on doing another bathroom and our Kitchen next. Thanks Lilyann
Many RTA cabinet websites are absolutely terrible - no information about warranties, when you can expect delivery, lacking construction information, etc. This was not the case for Lily Ann and your website is the sole reason we bought from you. We were also impressed with a phone call asking for help. One critique: it would be helpful to have more static images of the cabinets, or higher resolution images, for us online shoppers. Two of the models we were considering looked almost identical and we ended up finalizing our decision based on which one was at the warehouse closest to us.
Second critique post-delivery: Each of the three cabinets we purchased did not come with enough screws. We had to go to the hardware store to try and match the screws. One of the cabinets came with no directions whatsoever. It was challenging to find the directions on the Lily Ann website due to the filenames not matching the naming convention of the products that we ordered. I had to open every single PDF file listed one at a time to see what looked like it matched, for at least 40 different files. Very annoying. The directions were not clear on which screws to use where. Normally I would go by the number of screws included to determine which part goes where, but because there weren't enough screws to begin with we had to just make a best guess.

The order took twice as long to deliver as expected and one of the cabinets delivered was wrong. The delivery process was a nightmare. Sales rep was not responsive. Quality of cabinets it's good for price.
Very user friendly site and staff are incredibly helpful.
Difficult to know exactly what is needed, especially for any finish areas. If you are doing standard wall to wall install, works great. If you have an island or exposed backs - hard to get the answers needed on product. These areas required jerry rigging by experienced contractor. Make sure to order extra materials so you do not get gouged for shipping on the reorder of small pieces.

Fantastic! First of all, we spent at least $1,000 less than if we went to a big box store. Our cabinets arrived very quick. They were pretty easy to put together and most importantly beautiful! We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! I literally tell everyone about lilyann and highly recommend ordering cabinets from them.
