Bought the cabinets and put them together ourself. After watching the video which Lily cabinets provided it was rather easy to put the cabinets together ourselves. The cabinets we chose are absolutely beautiful. We would've paid twice or three times the price had we ordered them and had someone else install them. I highly recommend Lilyann cabinets.
As far as receiving my samples I was satisfied.
I will say that I placed an order in the summer of 2018 and was not satisfied at all with the delivery time on that. It was two weeks late. Also when I called in about it they took my information and no one ever returned my calls.
So give yourself plenty of time if ordering and don't count on it being there on time.
I man who is no longer there, messed up a few measurement of my cabinets. I had to buy three extra cabinets. And eat the cost of another cabinet. The quality is wonderful the cabinets look beautiful. They were delivered in excellent time. When you send in your room measurement please double check to make sure they are sending you cabinets to that size.
Some of the doors were put on the wrong direction, but that was a simple fix. I would definitely order from them again.

My biggest complaint is that it takes tooooo long for products to be delivered.
Best RTA website/product I've found so far. Shopping for cabs on site is a bit cu.beraome with all the ads every few lines. Hard to locate exact cab I'm looking for, unfortunately they didnt have the color I was looking for.
The only complaint I have is that the directions are terrible and should be updated. After you figure them out and put together one or two it is a breeze. Great product, just someone please rewrite the directions in English and update the drawings. This is your weakest link to a great product and service.
I had a difficult time scrolling through the pages and I wish there were real pictures of some of the options, like the different moldings.
I have remodeled 2 kitchens using your cabinets and plan to order cabinets soon for our current project.
Chuck greatly helped us think thru the cabinets and was responsive to our questions and changes. Hope the product is was good as the customer service!
The kitchen cabinets, the sink and the faucet are fantastic! We finally have them installed and they look great! All the neighbors are envious and want the same cabinets in their house. We purchased the Colorado White Shaker and they really brightened up our dark kitchen. Thanks for all the design assistance and the great quality cabinets.
