Happy to have found your site. The only drawback is the slowness of web pages loading. We do understand that there is alot of information to load.
Customer service was great. The salesman Johnny K. Did fantastic with answering all of my questions as well as following up with the purchase and the warranty department sent speedy replacements for the missing or damaged parts. The only downside is I question the long turn wear of the painted finish as it seems to scratch easily, they sent two differently designed cabinets with the same part number, the screws for the hardware were to short to go through the cabinets, and lastly my biggest issue is the written instructions are horrible! They said to watch the videos...which is a total joke when your trying to assemble a product which has drying glue and have to rewind two times just to make sure you did it correctly. Truthfully the cabinets are nice and I would purchase them again, however there were some hiccups.
Best cabinets on the market
It was easy enough to order based on a 10x10 kitchen package that you have available. Really helped being able to compare runs vs kitchen.
The quality is great, I did have to call customer service for a question about the items delivered. It was resolved quickly and it was just a different set of numbers on the box vs the invoice.

These cabinets are top of the line for a price that is affordable, and remarkable considering the quality. We had no problems assembling the units although a few details are missing in the instructions.
I was going to build my own cabinets in my shop. My old cabinets were built by me 30 years ago. Now that I have purchased and installed these, I am very happy I did not attempt to build my own, specially that I am now 30 years older.
