Bill was very helpful. I would have preferred to talk vs email because I think it would have gone faster with less back and forth but it worked.
Some shipment boxes came severely damaged. I am not sure right now whether the products have been damaged yet. Due to weather issues, we've been unable to start this project until today. I am hopeful that the products were not damaged.

These are very well constructed cabinets. We have bought, assembled and installed other companies' cabinets, and these are far superior in sturdiness, ease of assembly and beauty. The soft closing hinges and drawers are fabulous, too.
Product was great. Shipping was terrible I had to leave work to help the driver unload so not only did I pay for shipping but lost pay from work to have to help unload
So far, so good. I am a bit apprehensive after reading some of the complaint issues. **Update** Defective parts of the cabinets were replaced and in a timely fashion. I was generally happy with the entire process, with one exception.
My suggestion is better packaging by the shippers in the warehouse. When I received the order (the first time) it was very poorly wrapped and looked as if it had fallen off the truck or dock. Maybe photos of product once it was loaded and before it was unloaded at the customer would help alleviate some of these issues.
Your prices are great, and my cabinets turned out awesome. Customer service was good. There was a piece missing from my order and they shipped it to me overnight for free so my install would be on time. I can't believe how beautiful our kitchen turned out!
Assembling the cabinets was fairly straightforward, but I did run into a couple issues. I would highly recommend having two people assemble them. A few pieces required some extra thought and muscle to get into place. I had to make a slight cut to one piece to get it to fit, also. If you dry fit each one before gluing, you'll probably avoid most of those problems. If you are handy at all, and have a second person to help you, you'll be just fine. Be sure to watch the assembly videos on Lily Ann's site very carefully. They are much more helpful than the written instructions.
Assembly took 20-40 minutes per cabinet.
Installing was tricky, but our kitchen was u shaped and had no straight runs. We had never done this before, though, and we still got them installed in about a day. Lowe's has some great videos on assembly.
Materials were just beautiful, and I saved a ton of money using Lily Ann. As long as you are handy, I highly recommend them!

We purchased five base drawer cabinets (2-15 inch and 3-21 inch) and one 24 inch sink base cabinet for our master bath remodel. The quality and construction are terrific and the cabinets are beautiful. Our only disappointments (and these are VERY minor) 1) the usable drawer space is somewhat narrow and 2) while they are listed as soft-close, the drawers don't close as easily as others we've had. However, perhaps time will 'loosen' up the soft-close feature.
Purchased bathroom cabinets from you last year. Love them! Purchasing now to create a front for the Jacuzzi.
Great prices, friendly and helpful customer service! The prices are good. The only thing that drove me crazy was the website. It was easy to navigate but extremely slow on any device I used.
