I love my new kitchen the only problem I had was a tractor trailer delivered the cabinets. It could fit dow my street so I met the truck up the road from my house and loaded the boxes one by one into my puck up truck. So you may ask why didn't you load the skid into the pick up truck. Well one VERY large skid held all the cabinets and fell apart as the truck driver was moving the skid with his hand truck. So we quickly set the skid on the ground and got it in my truck in two trips. Luckily nothing was damaged and am over joyed with the results

Richard was extremely helpful! However, when I received my cabinets the crown molding he sent out (that I questioned him about) didn't work because of out ceiling height. He sent a crown molding that needed installed from the top and not the front. Our touch up kit was completely dried up and no paint in the marker. I left a message but nothing was offered for the molding mistake or the repair kit. Had he made that up to us by crediting or sending us the right molding and a new touch up kit, I would have rated them 5 stars!

I lowered my rating because I worked with a design consultant and everything we discussed was not on the original order. I did not notice they were missing on order when I reviewed because there were so many items to begin with. Then I called back to order the missing pieces I needed which I was still ok with and a happy customer until I was charged $150 for shipping for about $250 worth of supplies. The design consultant I was working with was no longer with company so I didnt have anybody there to understand the issue. Also I had to fix three slide out drawer brackets that were busted. I could have called and complained and had lily ann send out a new cabinet base but I didnt. I fixed them and saved lily ann money and I still got charged $150 of shipping after I gave them $5000 worth of business and fixed broken cabinets that were sent to me. Also there were missing cabinet shelves that were on the original order that didnt arrive and lily ann did send them to me at no charge. Why couldn't they just package them with the extra supplies I needed and sent all at once and not charged me shipping.
