I was referred to Johnny from a friend that ordered his cabinets from Lilyanncabinets.com after his home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey. I sent my measurements to Johnny, he put together a floor plan which we liked and placed our order for cabinets with Shaker doors. We had a couple minor hick up with the order but Lilyann without question made it right. I highly recommend Lilyanncabinets.com.

A very good shopping experience and the iterative process to design and order the cabinets was very helpful. The quality and ease to assemble of the cabinets was superb. The online videos were extremely helpful during assemby while the printed directions were basically useless and didnt have the detail required. Would be nice to have a video on the best way to hang the assembled cabinets in a kitchen. I know there are several videos on Youtube but ones specific for the trim and height of these specific cabinets would be helpful to many customers.
I ordered door samples, which were delivered very quickly. Based on what I received and the research I have done on the quality of other RTA cabinets, I will be placing an order for kitchen cabinets soon.

I received my order within 10 days. It was missing 2 Cabinets, and 3 roll out trays. Unfortunately one of the cabinets was the WDC Wall corner cabinet and could not start the installation until that came in. It took almost 3 weeks to get the missing items. Once the items came in, i was finally able to start my kitchen, As I unboxed and started to install the cabinets, I noticed that the Lazy Susan was missing. I called and was told that it was on back order, I should have been notified when it That took two weeks to come in, If the order would have all come in at the first delivery, then I would have given this 5 stars across the board.As it turned out, from order to final complete delivery was about 2 months and I was without a kitchen for Christmas.
Chuck was very easy to work with! The first part of the delivery was very fast! The other potion of the delivery was not so quick, we couldn't start to put the cabinets together until we received all the parts so we waited a long time. There was a cabinet that was missing the front from the order and we received that part 5 weeks after the initial delivery. When we called about the missing parts our order/shipment was sent to the wrong warehouse so it was never filled and wasn't re sent to the proper warehouse.
We had used Lilyanncabinets in 2016 before we moved from California to Florida and were happy with the cabinets.Now remodeling again we checked quality and prices in our area and were very disappointed! So ordered Bathroom vainity Very happy again.We plan on doing another bathroom and our Kitchen next. Thanks Lilyann
We purchased cabinets for our bathroom we were remodeling. I didn't understand the RTA meaning when we purchased them. The cabinets were assembled with good results. We purchased pull out drawers for the cabinets and were sent the wrong size. We needed parts to complete the project and after several calls Lilly Ann supplied the parts to complete the project.

LilyAnn Cabinets did a great job getting our cabinets to us in a timely manner despite COVID related delays and the cabinets and accessories came intact and tall ready to assemble and install. Their customer support team overnighted a broken face frame that was damaged during shipping and were a great help. Highly recommended!

Super easy to assemble. By 16 year old son and I could assemble a 3 drawer base in about 29 minutes. They are sturdy plywood cabinets. Much better for the price than other options.
So far only working on layout. Will see if sample color is acceptable then we will get with your design people for a final to order. Month later purchased and are very satisfied.
Impressed with the quality of Lilly Anne cabinets at a very fair price. Easy to assemble, looks great. I will order again when the time comes for another remodel.
They were very easy to put together. Young man who delivered was very courteous. Could have little better diagrams on which screws go where. Over all beautiful products!
Site was easy to use on mobile device. However, banner/above the fold portion seemed tacky/cheap and threw me off a little from wanting to click around.
Customer service was good at first but declined one the order was placed. Delivery took much longer than expected/communicated. Website is not optimal for searching and navigating.
The customer service has been exceptional! Within a few hours of contacting the store via email, I have an informative and friendly response! Looking forward to receiving our cabinets!
So far I have just ordered samples but will be ordering my complete kitchen soon. Amazed by how cheap the cost is in comparison and can believe the quality.

Cabinets had slight wear on finish from shipping that makes the door fronts look shiny against the light. No major blemishes.
As a designer myself, I found that the cabinets were well designed. Parts are made symmetrical so no need to worry about assembling parts incorrectly. I would order / recommend Lilly ann products.
