Lily Ann Cabinets

I've been searching for products that I like and have not been able to find them until I found your website. I am happy that I am now able to customize my new bathroom with a design and sizes of cabinetry that are exactly what I have been searching for. Website is user-friendly and chat very helpful.

Shopped many other RTA cabinets and went with LilyAnn. We are happy we did. Excellent quality, service. Shipping communication all the way through. We get compliments from everyone, cabinets look very high quality.

One problem I have is that the 1/4 round I bought did not match the color of everything else I bought and I did not notice it until I cut a piece and went to put it in place.

The trim, light rail molding, that I received has no caramel/brown colored stripe in the groove to match my cabinets and the other rail moldings that I have. It is just plain antique white, no stripe. I called and was told to send a message to *******@lillyanncabinets so I did that. Now my project will be delayed because this piece does not match the others.

I received a cabinet that I did not order, and I am missing 3 cabinets. I called and left 2 messages but no one has called me back. I am on a strict timeline with this house and I would appreciate prompt attention. Bob

The 2 moldings were shipped in one box - that is OK. I was surprised that they were not wrapped in bubble wrap to keep them from banging around in the box and against each other. I looked quickly at them - they seem to be OK, luckily.

These are very well constructed cabinets. We have bought, assembled and installed other companies' cabinets, and these are far superior in sturdiness, ease of assembly and beauty. The soft closing hinges and drawers are fabulous, too.

When I gave the specs to all my appliances and concept, I did not realize I was going to have to modify the cabinets to make fit our design, i.e. Microwave drawer, backside cabinets not full height and having to build my own kickplate, etc.

Caroline has been very helpful to us with our cabinet selection and purchase. I purchased 14 cabinets from Lilyanncabinets and everything was in perfect condition with no missing parts. The overall quality was impressive with the solid wood doors, face frames and plywood construction. I am very satisfied with the Lilyann products and would recommend them to all do it yourselfers. Bought the cabinets and put them together ourself. After watching the video which Lily cabinets provided it was rather easy to put the cabinets together ourselves. The cabinets we chose are absolutely beautiful. We would've paid twice or three times the price had we ordered them and had someone else install them. I highly recommend Lilyann cabinets.

Heidi was wonderful! All cabinets installed. I was quoted 27/28K but three companies for my cabinets, all low end. I installed these under 14 and they were the top of the line. Truth be told, many of your local cabinet guy buy RTA cabinets. In closing, I have to say that Heidi was amazing. Careful Lillyann, I want to hire her! Feel free to email me for pics!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with first order 2 years ago, late deliveries, some items switched with another customer, and little help from the sales person and customer service. I bought 2 other kitchens from your competition as a result. I thought I would try again, hope I'm not disappointed.

UPDATE: I received my complete order on time but have not yet assembled it.

Assembly instructions for the cabinet bottom need to be a little clearer. I assembled the bottom backwards and fount that the front face did not fit. I had to disassemble the cabinet to place the bottom in the correct way.

I really couldn't rate on the 3D design service since i didn't use it. Webpage is good, the quotes saving feature is a time saver.
The only issue i got was that it took about 5weeks for my order to get here, assembling it was ok. Some pieces fit a little to snug but nothing a little elbow grease couldn't handle.

I am looking to update my kitchen. Love the sample idea. Really helps in the final decision process. I decided i did not like the color samples i orig8nally orderes. I will be trying again. I do believe i have decided on cherry color.
