Lily Ann Cabinets

I ordered the same cabinets as my neighbor and received a product inferior to what my neighbor received! The hinges on the doors is not of the same quality that my neighbor received. The assembly of the cabinets was not the same as your assembly video or what my neighbor has. The tongue and grove was not right. The tongue did not slide into the grove as it should. Had to use a block of wood and hammer to assemble and the back of the base cabinets was not tongue and grove as your video depicted. One of the cabinets had the grove broken and was glued back in place. This came apart during assembly and I had to nail the side to the back of the cabinet. Most of the base cabinets did not assemble as well as they should have. By the time the granite top is installed the defects should be covered. Respectfully Larry W. Johnson

As a remodeling contractor, I found the website easy to use and the ordering experience straightforward. I did not need to speak with customer service at all. Although the cabinets I ordered (Carolina Hickory) were not fully customizable, the choices available were sufficient to complete the job. The delivery time was spot on, and the boxes all arrived without any damage. The quality of the cabinets was above average, and although assembly instructions were sometimes not precise or clear, once assembled, the cabinets were sturdy and square. The appearance and finish was superior. The customer was very pleased, and I would/will recommend to future clients.

We are Harvey flood victims and after searching NUMEROUS places for kitchen cabinets, we decided to go with Lily Ann. We initially didn't receive our MAIN upper corner cabinet, it was not easy to actually get help at first with this, but I finally did receive a phone call and item was shipped out. THEN, we receive our cabinet but the hinge hole cut out in cabinet/glass door and hinge holes do not match up. We did finally get the correct item. Lastly, we ordered the kick board for the final touch in kitchen. It came to us, looked very cheaply made, with numerous defects. We just worked with what we had, as I didnt care to have to submit ANOTHER request for undamaged product. There was uneven color, scratches, etc.But we are done.

My step-son and his wife purchased cabinets for their kitchen from Lily Ann Cabinets. We helped them assemble and install them. Their kitchen is absolutely beautiful. So, when we decided to begin our kitchen renovation, the first place I looked is Lily Ann. My neighbor is a cabinet builder by trade, so I am going to get a quote from him for custom building and compare to Lily Ann, as I feel the quality of Lily Ann appears to be close to custom.

I am very satisfied with the cabinets I have purchased. The overall construction of the cabinets seems very good. I think purchasing these RTA real wood cabinets vs particle board cabinets at almost the same price is a very good value. I got the dove tail constructed cabinets and found it relatively easy to assemble. The assembly instructions that came with the cabinets are not very detailed and not cleared at all as to which screws to use where, but the online videos are pretty good and I viewed them, although those don't detail which screws to use for each piece either. I only purchased two bathroom vanity cabinets, but I will be purchasing more cabinets from Lily Ann Cabinets for my laundry room in the future. Overall I am very pleased with the cabinets I purchased.

For some reason, it is hard to scroll through the website selection. After the initial quote, I left voicemails and follow up was slow. I hope my order is correct and meets my needs as I am a senior citizen doing the remodel myself. Well after several weeks and an email to my rep, my order did arrive in total. ( I was wondering if my cabinets were ever going to come.) The cabinets are very nice! Always dry fit before glueing as some grooves need adjusting. I found that out the hard way when a back groove was too small. Thank you, Robin Streff

The pricing was great. Trying to get a hold of someone to answer questions about my order wasn't. It took weeks of calling and unanswered voicemails to track it down. Turns out my order was sitting in the warehouse for weeks. The day I called and (finally!) got someone on the line who could help, they scheduled the delivery for the next day. There is definitely room for improvement with the communication between the warehouse and customer service.

I noticed the larger cabinet for my wall oven came with the side panels extremely warped which caused great diffculty in assembly. I had to trim off the dove tail in order to secure the pieces together. Good thing I am a qualified carpenter, I was able to sure up its strength with my own cabinetry experience, I just could not imagine a lay person easily assembling this larger cabinet. Other than that anamoly, the assembly and installation went suprisingly well.
