The order process was great. There were several items not originally ordered that should have been. The extra freight was a disappointment but the total price was still great. I do have several items to return and will advise when that process is complete. I have already shared lilyanncabinets.com with several people and expect them to reach out soon! YRC was the freight company that was used and they took 2 extra days to deliver on BOTH orders. They are less than 5 miles from my home and was unable to deliver when they said they would. This is my biggest complaint. Lily Ann Cabinets provides great service and a quality product. If YRC would perform as well it would have been a near perfect experience.
Some of the products arrived with some surface scratches, but I was told that I could just call Customer service and they would replace the cabinet doors. Other than that I was very satisfied with the product, price and delivery.
This was my second order from Lily Ann Cabinets. My first order was three years ago when we built the house. These cabinets were purchased to complete the Laundry room on the first floor, Kitchen and bath in the basement. The products seem better in quality than three years ago, which we loved back then. I would definitely purchase from them again. Had some quality issues from three years ago and were all handled professionally, and in a timely matter. No issues appear form this order. Don't be afraid to order RTA cabinets, you wont be disappointed.
I was missing brackets for the drawer, I also bought crown molding and it didn't fit in my house. They refuse to take it back so make sure everything fits and open the boxes to make sure everything is in the box.
I am very pleased with the shopping experience and the service. The expected shipping date was 7-14 business days but I got a call asking if I wanted it sooner, which I did, so I got my shipment sooner than expected which was wonderful!
Easy ordering. Didn't receive email for confirmation until I contacted company. But received email after my call with confirmation. Did not receive email after shipped so I could track order. Order was delivered quickly though.
Quick and easy to order free samples!
The samples came free, as promised; however, it took 9 days to receive them. This is my only complaint. The samples are very nice, and I appreciate them being free.
The cabinets are beautiful, but the only one little problem, we received one of the shelves that is too big for the cabinet. I am going to have to contact customer service to get the problem corrected.
I ordered the cabinet sample because my stupid contractor ordered the wrong cabinets from you - even after I told him twice - once in writing! I wanted to see the cabinet I wanted so I could strip and re-do the cabinets he ordered incorrectly to make them correct.
Some things were harder to find and figure out, but once I navigated the site, it was easy and the items were beautiful in person. Assembly was too expensive so we opted to do it ourselves and it was fairly easy.
Nice cabinets for the money. The only issue would be that there are no instructions for assembly of the base cabinets. I did figure it out, so it all ended well. All my friends are very impressed with the quality of the cabinets.
Easy to shop with you. I only wish that at the end of the purchase it would say the color/style with the cabinets you purchased. But we are extremely pleased at the product and service. We would buy from you again.
We've heard nothing but good things about LilyAnn and look forward to our remodel with their products. Can't beat the quality and price of their product. Easy to assemble. Only wish there were a few more color choices or able to mix styles and color and a few more glass choices as well. Beautiful all around and so fast and easy to work with our design
I received a quote the other day that was "valid" for 21 days. When I went to the quote today the price went up $300. I added additional items this morning, but it would be nice if the price was the same as it was the other day when I received the quote for the original 41 items in that quote
I have ordered door samples and should order cabinets soon.
After receiving the door samples and talking to the customer service department I have decided to order the cabinets. I ordered the Bristol Antique White. (18 Cabinets $4,200.00)
So Far I have been very pleased, The website is easy to use, The Customer Service Department was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Hopefully this will continue like it has been going so far.

Shaker white cabinets were good quality with a few minor blemishes.
Assembly was easy and the finished product is great.
Corner cabinet came with the wrong hinges, I contacted Lily Ann, and they sent new hinges. The new hinges were close to the correct ones and I was able to use them after a little modification to the cabinet.
I was hoping to save on shipping and pick the cabinets up at the Adrian Michigan location, but the shaker white cabinets are only available at the Kennesaw, GA location.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with the customer service and quality of cabinets I have purchased. I continue to struggle with my personal kitchen and the adjustment of the cabinet doors and the need to tighten screws that attached the doors to the cabinets. Not sure what the solution is if there is one. We love the look of the kitchen, just wish these minor issues could be resolved.
Web site is a little confusing. Need a better description of the naming of cabinets. What is the style door and what is the color. Lennon has been awesome answering all my questions even the repeated ones.
Ordered a sample of the Cinnamon Shaker Cabinets and was very pleased the the quality of the workmanship and look forward when we can order the real cabinets once we attain that stage of completion of the remodel project.:-)
