The site blocks you from checking out using a discover card. I tried doing it for my last order too. It says something about being declined because of a risk model. Otherwise everything else was seamless. I am obviously a repeat customer for a reason.

I'm a contractor and have been buying regular for around 5 years now from light up. They have very good products at a very competitive price. I usually buy of Kara H. In contractor sales. She is always in a great mood and a true joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable with the products and lets you know she is concerned with your order. If the one is out of stock she can usually come another product that will work. If I could get this lady a raise, I hope this review lets her boss know they have a great employee.

Small problem at the check-out with the coupon code... also had the old expiration date for the card on record. But all looks ok now. I could not find a less expensive universal U-shape bulb listed.? Thanks for the 10% off.

The order totalled less than one hundred dollars, including shipping, but the order process was easy and the service was friendly and professional. Shipment was handled well and delivered in excellent condition.

After visiting website I placed an order and paid, and upon reviewing site I noticed product was different from what I expected. I called about order@ 5:11 pm and voice machine said office closed. I left a message 12/20/2022. I received a call the next morning at 8:02 am but missed it. I called at 1:20 pm and spoke with Angie. After explaining my situation she said she would email shipping to see if order could be changed. I thanked her and ended the call. Lo and behold my order arrived and the product changed to what I had desired. I was pleased and grateful. Kudos to everyone involved and I am sure the great service rendered will be maintained by the excellent workers. That is why I titled it an Excellent American Based Company. Only time and need will tell if I will place another order but regardless I would not hesitate to recommend or refer your business to others. Again, thank you.

Over all, very pleased, what would have been better is if I could have received the adapters to thread these lamps into a standard household light fixture.
Haven't installed yet, need to get the courage to get up that high on the forklift.

I am putting a little shop together and searched for good quality High Bay LED lighting that I could afford. So many of the places to buy LED lighting were way out of my price range. Then I found Lightup.com and I was able to buy what I needed within my budget. I as worried I was sacrificing quality for affordability but I have been very happy with the lights I have purchase from LIghtup. I will definitely come back again.

Have made purchases before with no issues, but this fixture was basically just thrown in a box with very little packing, the rear plastic creased and frame bent.
If i wasn't able to straighten would have sent back. The product works well.

I needed to replace an old model LED recessed light for my kitchen. Couldn't find the exact replacement so took a chance ordering a similar light I hoped would work from LightUp. Unfortunately, it didn't. My mistake not theirs. Customer service called me back fast and handled my return no problem.

The web site was easy to navigate to find what I wanted. Was happy not to have to order a large batch of tubes. Prices were competitive. Delivery was fast and the were well-packed and arrived intact. The bulbs worked as I expected.

I had been searching everywhere for an under cabinet light like the one I'd had for 20 years. I found a style almost exactly like it at LightUp. I was so thrilled I ordered two. Good price and fast shipping.

I was contacted by shipper, I gave my contact info to meet delivery truck. Shipper said that I would sent email with tracking info and approximate day of delivery. I received email with tracking info that did not work. No phone call from driver. Until 10 minutes before arrival at fire house. We are a volunteer fire dept so no one on site. I had to hurry to get to truck and unload. So your shipper dropped the ball big time on communication.

The only disappointment was I DID NOT receive Free Shipping with an order over $100.
