The shipment was well packed and it appears that all lamps were received intact. The 24" was installed right away and works very well. I like it better than the fluorescent used for decades. The two 18" bulbs are still in the box as the fixtures are not ready, yet.

Quick delivery and easy installation. The packaging could have been more secure for shipping. One of the panels was slightly damaged but I was able to straighten it out.

This light was inexpensive And as good or better than light that cost three times as much. I did call customer service to find out if it has shipped yet they helped and made sure I was satisfied with the answer before letting me get off the phone. Good service and friendly.

I've been replacing high-bay lights in the warehouse. I get high bay lights with motion sensors for less than anyplace else sells just the lights.

My package of 4 lights had one unusable light and one slightly damaged light. I only asked for 1 to be replaced but they replaced all 4. I was helpful. But you may want to look at packaging because the second shipment also had dented lights. The second one wasn't cracked but they were pushed in.
