Shipping says it will take 1-2 weeks. I was anticipating receiving it on Dec 15 but nothing. Order history showed that the product was pulled Dec 3, but then sat in a warehouse for 10 days before showing any movement. Using USPS should not take this long. I suspect this company is using false shipping information and false expectations.

There are lots of fun items available through Light In The Box and items I wouldn't find elsewhere. Prices are compelling. Pack your patience because shipping to Canada takes weeks and the regular emails with tracking info never load for me, but items arrive as expected eventually!
This company is absolute garbage. Do not buy from this site. Definitely don't pay for expedited shipping. It took over three weeks to receive what I ordered, way too late for what I wanted it for. Customer care doesn't care at all and it's impossible to get a refund.

I've never had any problems with LITB! The product is always as described. It's size appropriate and the quality is just great. I've ordered everything from bras to boots and everything fits really well.
Delivery was fine. Item is way better than I thought it was going to be. Very satisfied.

Shirt is very nice and delivery was efficient. The material is quite good although you should order one size up.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
