We just received them today. One bulb lights at the bottom and the other doesn't light at all. Could it be a different problem like the Starters? Could the bulbs be bad?

Quick and easy ordering

Quick and easy ordering.

I ordered the wrong item because the part number was in a different format than what I needed. My search showed item ICN-4S54-90C-2LS-G which is low voltage. I needed HCN-4S54-90C-2LS-G which is high voltage which did not show up on the website at all. I did not know that until 14 ballasts were blown. I could only return 35 of the 50 I originally ordered. If would have seen the OEM number in the first place, I would not have had returns.

The hinges on the stake were tricky and would not fasten the lamp fixture before I removed a piece in between on the lamp that would allow it to be secure
