Great, except I could not login to my old account even with the new password you sent me, so I had to create a new account with another email address.

I had been struggling to find a source for these (hard to find) high output dimmable LED QPAR38 250W replacements for our church. Found them at a competitive price and in stock in the quantities we needed.

Great, tube brightness good not great. However very good compared to price I paid. I would spend more next time to get a brighter white.

What was wrong with your website? I had to attempt this order and finally on the FIFTH time my order went through. I usually have no problems with your website and today it was horrible.

Lighting Supply had the exact bulb I needed for a lamp that I have had for 20 years. Finding the product was easy and the order and delivery went smoothly. I will use them again.

We just received them today. One bulb lights at the bottom and the other doesn't light at all. Could it be a different problem like the Starters? Could the bulbs be bad?

We got the order very quickly. Product was what we expected and the price was reasonable. For this type of product I will definately order again from Lighting Supply

I had to call in with a question. I was having trouble finding the lamp I wanted. I was informed that it was no longer available and a sub. Was suggested. All is well.

The bulb is very well priced and the employee on the phone was professional and courteous. My problem is the shipping charge. It is excessive!

I am thrilled to have found the part I needed. I have run around to multiple stores with no success. Next time, I will come here first; the site was easy to navigate and check out was fast and easy.

The hinges on the stake were tricky and would not fasten the lamp fixture before I removed a piece in between on the lamp that would allow it to be secure

Unfortunately, given the curve in the base of the fixtures, they do not cover the entire cutout of the J box.

So far, so good. Assuming I ordered the correct bulb, I hope I will have no need to return it and reorder. Otherwise, I look forward to enjoying the refreshing light.

Discount coupon was a problem...Did NOT receive a discount, but was given credit once customer service reviewed my concern. I am a repeat customer and plan to continue.

Unfortunately, the vendor changed the physical size of the item I ordered without changing the part number. I had to return the item. Jennifer in customer service was very helpful.

Only difficulty...I was unable to add WS 608 to my mailing address which is my APT #...could you please add it? Thank you...

Although the items were as described and fit great, your customer follow-up eg: Items shipped, tracking number and keeping the consumer in the loop were extremely poor.

I had a questions looking for a unique item and I was pleased how quickly a live representative emailed me back. It made looking for this particular item very easy and pleasing.

My first experience with the company and it all worked well. If the product is received in good order, and the bulbs all work, I will likely order again in the future.
