I received the exact item I ordered. Items were packed well for shipment, and I am very pleased with the brightness of the bulbs ordered minus the glare I had before I replaced with these.

All good. Light bulbs were packed pretty tightly and many of the boxes were crushed. The lights all seemed to be intact.

Item recieved had much better lifetime ratings than I expected but the lumens seemed a little lower. I am very satisifed with the product and the service.

These light bulbs were impossible to find locally so it was great to find a source to supply them for a reasonable price, and delivery them so quickly.

Product arrived intact and rapidly. The shipping was twice the cost of the item but that was the price of convenience and saving a trip to a store in the midst of this outbreak.

Web site was slow. Not sure the first time it it took my order. Order was not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was for 10 items. Read the advertisement wrong

Ordered on 12/19/13. Problems with delivery were resolved on 1/8/14 with complimentary delivery to residence.

The item I needed was obsolete. Your business called me to let me know this and recommended an alternative. I appreciated the effort you went to and the alternative worked.

The price of the product was $4.15 and shipping was $12.99. There was no choice of a lesser shipping cost.
I was in no hurry for the part. Unless I missed it at checkout.

When I went back to my cart to correct the quantity, I lost all my info I typed in - name, address, etc. as well as all my credit card info - frustrating!
