The shipping was a bit high, but overall it was a successful experience.
I picked up my order of bulbs, they were not delivered. They were the right bulbs I needed. I'm sure I'll order more and pick them up myself. It was a little bit of a drive but it was worth it.
I was happy with the shopping and price. I was surprised that the batteries were loose and not in boxes. That is the only negative I have with the whole experience.
Problems with the website kept me from order THREE times, only got in the 4th time. One time was because lost password and couldn't get it rebooted after hours.

Unfortunately, after I ordered these I was told by an architect that these bulbs are now available as LEDs with the same soft light. Wish I had known.

I received the wrong model even in the pictures and the reference code is the exactly Im requiring. But the customer service it was very good and they generate a RMA to return the goods immediately.

UPDATE: Paid for UPS Ground but was sent UPS Surepost so I had to wait for the mailman to deliver which takes a day or two longer! Paid for ground they should send ground! However the product was packed well and received undamaged.

I shopped around different websites for my light bulbs. I got the best price with lightingsupply.com. Once my order was placed, i waited only a few days before my order is delivered.
The prices on lightingsupply.com were very competitive. However, my small order was less attractive with a $**.** minimum order and $*.** overpack fee (over the $*.** S&H charge).
Really great customer service. Those who take orders over the phone went to great lengths to search the inventory for the product I wanted and, despite it being out of stock in what I'll assume to be their main facility, the lady on the phone didn't just drop it there as, in my experience, most customer service reps would have.
Instead, she searched the inventory of their other facilities and found just enough of the product I wanted to fulfill my order. I received the order today in good, well, order.
I was so impressed with that level of customer service, especially during these trying times, that I asked for and received the voicemail of her supervisor as he was out to lunch when I called. She gladly gave it to me and left a message bearing a glowing commendation of her tenacity in serving my, a customer.
Afterward and in the time between the order and delivery I received several e-mails informing me of the progress of having the product sent from the distant facility to theirs and about the delivery. The product arrived at my home exactly as I was told it would.
The last e-mail I received was the one to which I'm today responding. It's was a request for a verification that the product was received on-time and in good order (it certainly was). It was also a request for my feedback on the quality of service I received from this company.
