I appreciate the low cost of this light bulb- unable to find in stores. Unclear on shipping details though, and it is expensive to ship, but the low cost of lightbulb made up for it.

You did not allow enough stars to allow a correct rating. Everything I have seen on their website and experienced with their order fulfillment is far superior to any other online order I have placed.

I was so impressed with this company, that I ordered a second bulb from them. The item was perfect and safely packed and delivered. I highly recommend this company to all for their lighting needs.

Great. Except I wished that you would have PAYPAL as a payment method. Our church only has a paypal account to purchase goods and I had to use my personal credit card to pay for the order.

Problems with entering my address. Re-entered it in uppercase characters and then it was accepted. If uppercase is required, you should alert shoppers.

The emergency lighting fixture I ordered came with the battery holder bracket broken. I just used velcro to hold the battery in place. Didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.
