Need to be better at sending order and shipment confirmations. After a week of my order I had to contact Lighting Supply to see if my items have been shipped

Two of the four bulbs we ordered had the filaments broken, but I contacted customer service and they took care of the matter immediately and are shipping replacements to me.

Easily found what I wanted...the price was right, and my order came in a very timely manner. The item I ordered works perfectly. I am completely satisfied with my order!

Products ordered were what I needed and what they were represented to be. Packaging was very good and delivery was reasonably prompt. I will order from lighting supply again when a need arises.

Your web sight does not seem to work in Internet Explorer. I tried several times to place my order and it did not work. It also kept going back to the home page.

So far the products have been easy to find. Photos of the packaging are included so confirming that I have the correct product has been great. Delivery was quicker than expected! Thank you.

The item I received was promptly delivered. However it was not as described. Please advise on how to return item. I have already ordered replacement item from lighting supply.

Product was not quite as expected. The bulbs were longer than the original, and do not fit inside the housing. However, it seems no one stocks the correct bulb.

Entering bill to and a different ship to addresses took about 4 attempts but it finally accepted the two different addresses. Make take the first time would be nice..

Everything was clearly laid out. Navigation was straightforward. I would have appreciated having a color temperature chart available to make sure I was getting the warm white I wanted.

Very satisfactory. I wanted standard fluorescent lamps and eco ones were sent, hope they work OK. Had bad experience with Philips eco lamps, hope these GE ones are better.

I am not happy that they were charging special over size shipping charges and shipping charges other wise Over all every thing good. Right price and Prompt Time delivery.

I am not sure how satisfied I am with the products I received. They are ballasts for 400w Metal Halide lamps and I won't know level of satisfaction until I have installed them and have them operate for many years.

Lighting Supply was very easy to order through; very competitively priced; and the product came in a couple of days... Very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered several times before always satisfied. Ordered what was supposed to be same item was not, had to send them back, cost of return shopping was as much as one of the items.

A bit overwhelming to get the brand you want. But I finally got there. I messed up the shipping address but Fed Ex and I got it worked out. It was my fault not theirs.
