I like the T8 replacement LEDs, but the BR30 bulbs I bought have a terrible glare/color that definitely does not work in my office. Found it very difficult to focus at my desk, so I switched back to my old ones.
Price is a little higher than expected. Others do not charge for shipping if the order is over $100.00 dollars. I would not order from you if my other company had what I wanted in stock.

When ordering, upon entering a zip + 4 zip code, I was told it was invalid. USPS wouldn't think so.

I had one problem i noticed after hitting the processing button. The address changed because it wasn't listed in your system. It needs to have my space number added (SPC 43)
Well arranged website. The BR30 bulbs (led) do not dim anything like the bulbs purchased for our sconce lights. Even changed dimmer switch. No difference.

I ordered two ballast for a one bulb fluorescent fixture (two fixtures). The fixtures were approx. 20 years old. The old ballast were no longer available, so I selected one from the many offered that seemed to meet the specs. The new ballast came with no instructions or wiring diagram. I went back to the lighting supply web sight which referred me to the ballast manufacturer web sight to select a wiring diagram. It was a bit confusing since the new ballast (electronic) was replacing an old magnetic ballast. However, when I got it installed and wired up, the light comes right on - so it was successful.
I also ordered two ballast for a 4 bulb fluorescent fixture. This fixture is approximately 15 years old and has two ballast. These ballast are no longer available so I researched the lighting supply web sight and selected a model. This ballast did come with instructions and a wiring diagram. The new ballast is wired exactly the same as the old ballast, so there was no confusion installing and wiring it. The light came on promptly with the new ballast. I have ordered 6 additional ballast that will be used to replace the ballast in three identical fixtures.
Shipping of the order was prompt, without paying extra for expedited shipping. I received the order 3 days after entering the order.
