Satisfied with the bulb experience, from the website search tool, product images and description, ease of order and delivery process. I knocked off a star because of the price, perhaps because of the 60 inch tube bulb and handlings/hipment. Overall, it's better than being in the dark.
Before ordering the customer service rep went and measured the limbs to where they start to flare out for me and answered all my questions, I ordered and when I received them they were just what I was looking for and nice and sturdy love them!
One of a four pack of larger tealights did not light. I asked for a replacement, but they were out of stock. They did not get them back in stock for a while, I forgot about it, but they didn't. I just received a full package of the same lights!
They have beautiful holiday lights and their regular lightbulbs are excellent. I hoghly recommend this business.
I checked your website for MR16 halogen bulbs for my kitchen light fixtures. You had the bulbs, but I wasn't sure whether they had front glass, which I didn't want because they wouldn't fit the fixture. An email to product support was promptly answered by Sophia, who had gone out, opened a box, and checked that the bulbs did not have the front glass. Thanks again Sophia. Anyway, I ordered 8 bulbs, which should last me for a long time. They came promptly, in pristine condition.
