These 3' osram 2700k t8 fluorescent tubes are unfortunately partly to blame for funding the russian invasion against ukraine as they are made in russia. Shame! If this is not illegal it should be. It's certainly unethical. They will not post my review with this information on their website. Buyer beware.

I needed 2 9" socket extenders to drop my new garage lights below a support beam. I found them on your site. They are well made and support 2# Deformable Ceiling lights. We couldn't find tinsel in store anywhere this past Christmas. I googled it and stumbled on lightbulbs.com that had the best pricing I could find. I stocked up on the tinsel, they were packaged well and delivered in a timely fashion.

Well packed and arrived on time. Google Nest thermostat needs a C wire so I will need a pro to help. Hope that I can find a pro who knows how to install a Nest thermostat. Seemed hard to find one with covid-19 around. Thanks.
Overall, I was very excited to have found this company. Prices was great and shipping was very quick. However, I think they need to work on their product descriptions. I purchased 10 range hood replacement bulbs, but the product description never noted the dimensions of the bulb (e.g., 68mm or 75mm in length). When I received the bulbs, the shipping description noted that it was of medium length. Of course, they were too short. When I asked to replace them for the 75mm bulbs, they noted that they did not carry that length. When I asked to return the bulbs, I expected to pay my own postage, but I was also informed that I had to pay a restocking fee of $15 dollars. If I changed my mind or ordered the wrong product, I don't mind paying for restocking; in this case, I feel that it was deceptive marketing if the description leaves out pertinent product information.
Needed a replacement circular double florescent light bulb assembly for bathroom vanity alcove ceiling light fixture. Lightbulb.com had what I needed. The replacement bulb was slightly different that the original (which was obsoleted), but I was able to easily adjust things so it fit without issue.
I wanted some new LED light bulbs for my home, and they had what I wanted: 100W equivalent (1,521 lumen), 6500 K (bright daylight) bulbs. The search engine works well, the order was placed, the order was packaged and sent. It was less than a week between my placing the order and receiving it.

The item I ordered was delivered promptly and arrived in perfect condition! It was an unusal item for a "light bulb" company - a large glass vase covered in chicken wire - but they had it in stock and it was exactly what I wanted.
I needed a bulb for my grandparents slide projector from the 1950s so I could make copies of the slides from my childhood. I searched the internet for a reasonable priced replacement and found just what I needed at LightBulbs.com. The product was shipped and delivered in a reasonable amount for time.
The long tubular LED bulb I ordered arrived with the package damaged, which was actually pointed out to me by the postman, and when I opened it, the bulb had a crack in it. It worked when I plugged it in, but I was worried about the longevity of the bulb, and when I notified lightbulbs.com, they replaced it for free. I couldn't be happier with their service.
I ordered a product from them they sent me the wrong product and after a bunch of emails back and forth they informed me they don't have the ballasts they sold me. So I had to ship the wrong stuff they sent me back before they would issue me a refund. Giant waist of time and money. Customer service was nice but don't waist your time.
Ordered several 40W dual packages of frosted white candelabra/tulip-style light bulbs. Received order in timely manner but one bulb in one package was shattered and one package contained clear bulbs instead of frosted bulbs. Contacted customer service and explained issue. Customer service arranged for replacement bulbs to be sent. Received replacement bulbs within one week. Good customer service and follow-up.
