There was only small issue with Shipment Tracking. It was not made clear, however, after I spoke with Customer Service Shipment Tracking was through Amazon opposed to Lift Supports Depot. Maybe this could have been avoided.

Delivery was great but the shocks them selves were weak! The same size that I had before and the same poundage. Same size it just barely opens the part I needed lifted! Old product my guess!

I interacted with multiple representatives making sure that I received the right lift support. All were very helpful and knowledgeable. The lift support that arrived had the wrong connectors on the ends. I contacted customer service and received the right connectors (eyelets) the very next day. The lift support has been installed and is working as advertised.

For my needs, the sorting featurecould be a bit better. I think Digikey is themostuser-frendly site for hobbyists. But I was able to find what I believe to be a suitable produce.
