Brushes, I followed the instruction: washed them, dried them, then filled them with paint to start my paint job.

I was astonished to find out that this product is total trash.

First, the paint leaked from the sides even though tghe brushes were completely closed.

Second, the paint continue to seep from the brush when I leave it sitting in the tray causing a big miss for me.

Third, the edger brush leaked and caused the paint to go all over the side, which was not supposed to be painted.

I tried to have the seller refund my money, they refused.

This company seems to be a scam I ordered and item over a month ago still haven't got it but when I filed a complaint they sent me something saying it would take 20 more days and they receive the money through pay pal do not order from this company

I ordered a awesome looking dish rack that I spent 50 dollars on and never received it. I had been wanting one like that for a while so I was excited when I ordered it. I ordered it back in January and when I email them about it all they say is due to the pandemic its taking longer. One email even said we are sorry its being shipped to your country. Like really. I think they just never sent it out. So disappointing.

This company is a scam stat far away from this website all they do is feed you bull$#*! on your order and then you never receive it

I placed my order 27 Nov 2020. It started I'd receive the item within 14 days. I emailed them constantly where my pack was after a month went by. Asked for a refund, they said I could get a partial refund and when the pack was received and sent back I would get the full refund. I waited ask for the partial refund and they ignored the question and said I'd get my full refund when the item was sent back to seller. I did open a claim on PayPal on 2 March 2021 for a refund and since the seller refused to replied PayPal had to close my claim. I even emailed the seller asking them to replay to my claim on PayPal to continue the claim process and they refused. I received the item 19 March 2021! The same day I sent item back to seller in China. I waited months for my refund and emailed asking it they received the package in June. They said they did and would send refund. Keep in mind everytime I emailed they promised I'd get my refund when item was received back to seller. And them they asked for my PayPal to send my refund. I gave my information and waited a week for refund. Then I emailed asking if the information was received and then was told I already was given my refund. I did not get my refund. I called PayPal to verify and they confirmed there was no refund or canceled transaction. And PayPal unfortunately could not open another claim because it was past 180 days from my initial claim I opened 2 March 2021. I waited months because the seller ensured I'd get my refund and they lied claiming they gave the refund. Rude customer service and will never order from them again the site seems like a SCAM and PayPal claimed that it seemed like they kept saying they would give me a refund for months to drag the claim process to the point PayPal could no longer step in.

I'd rate this company a zero but that option wasn't available. Placed an order on January 3rd, got an email a week later saying my order was delayed 20-25 business days. Contacted them after 25 business days. They replied that it must have gotten lost. They said they would send me another one. When asked how long it would take, the said 20-25 business days. I declined and asked for a refund. They said my refund would arrive in 1-5 business days. After a week I decided to file a dispute with PayPal. I then contacted them again about my refund and they said since I filed a dispute they could not refund my money. The told me to cancel my claim and they would give me a refund. When you cancel your dispute with PayPal you give up all protection they provide you. They even tried to scam me after waiting since January 3rd. I told them to contact Paypal and arrange my refund with them. Now I have to wait 30 Days to get my money back. Definitely avoid this company at all costs. From now on I will check companies I intend to do business with online.

I ordered four camping chairs for $50 each ( the name brand they knock off is close to $200) as well as a lego mat storage thing. Customer service contacted me once about the color being sold out, I contacted them once when the tracking updates had stalled out for a couple months. Customer service was really great, shipping was crazy slow but that could be covid. The lego bag wasn't in the shipment but within a couple of days they refunded my account along with a 10% discount on the chairs. The quality of chairs is very comparable to the name brand and for the cost they are amazing. In my experience this is not a scam site and my experience was very pleasant.

This is the last email I have sent the Lifebibi company,
"I ordered a product from your website, and I am trying to track my order. There is no information regarding the tracking number? UPS does not recognize my tracking number as well. This is absurd! Am I receiving my package? I will be calling your company today. Are you a reputable company? I would like an answer as to where my package is. I have tried ordering this item online, everywhere else was more expensive. I just checked with INTERNATIONAL PARCEL TRACKING and they cannot find the package or tracking information. What is going on here?

I made a order from Lifebibi back 1st week in Jan. Til today I still haven't received my order. After 10 emails they say they can only give me 1/2 my money back until they get package back. These people are taking people money and not sending your order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A JOKE..
