I have used life360 for over 2 years and although it often was slightly inaccurate, today it made us so using it! I attempted to use life 360 with my teenage son as he was working in a place that he wasn't familiar with and needed to be sure I could help him find directions if needed. We had some personal issues that warranted us having an app like this to help him out. The app notified me he had left work and was traveling north, an hour away from our home. I tried calling him but since he was working, he did not have his phone and didn't answer. The location kept moving north as if he was driving. Needless to say, we as parents were afraid there was something wrong after 12 unanswered calls and life360 showing he was still moving north on the interstate. Being that his father is a police officer, he drove to our son's work to see if he was there and fortunately he was. The app was completely inaccurate and caused terrible stress in our lives. We will definitely NEVER use it again and be sure to tell all of our contacts the same. We are so disappointed we trusted it but grateful all is well with our son.

THIS APP HAS CAUSED NOTHING BUT GREAT PAIN FOR ME AND THE LADY I LOVE! THE APP WAS PLACED ON OUR PHONE SO SHE COULD HAVE PEACE OF MIND. IN THE COURSE OF ONE YEAR IT HAS DESTROYED US. THE RELIABILITY OF TIMES AND LOCATION IS COMPLETLY MISLEADING. I REALLY DO BELIEVE THIS APP IS PATHETIC, EVEN IF THIS APP IS FREE OF CHARGE YOU WOULD THINK THE " DEVELOPER " WOULD WANT TO PUT FORTH A QUALITY PRODUCT. A PRODUCT THAT WOULD ENABLE A CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE UPGRADES WITH OUT HESITATION. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO A SINGLE PERSON. IT IS NO MORE THAN A CATALYST FOR DESTRUCTION.

Life360 This app was recommended by another parent at the bus stop, and at first - I thought it was a great idea. Nope! Within the first week or so of use, the app began sending me notifications that my daughter had left school, showing that she moved about 2.5 miles across the main road to a different school. I was not sure what to think, but I hesitated on calling because she did have an event coming up with band, so I thought maybe the date was changed... a couple hours went by, and my worries increased, so I called her school. She never left! I was so embarrassed - why would I trust an application to give me accurate information?! After sending a message to Contact This App, I received an email, a really long email, explaining that it was a "bounce out." The app had the tendency to lose data/connection, and jump to a nearby cell tower, which can relocate the circle member away from their last known location. Verified Customer Order No: *******. This "bounce out" happened three more times within the next two weeks. We only had three members within the family circle, and it was always my daughter, the alerts would pop up on my screen, showing me she left the school! No no no, not what one expects from a location application. When my son started driving, I was apprehensive like any other concerned parent. When I was told by a family friend about your app, I immediately downloaded it. Upon looking into the features, especially the crash detection, I felt it necessary to pay the yearly $69.99 for peace of mind. Since then, I have been nothing short of disappointed.

The app is constantly giving false information; saying my son had left a certain place when indeed he has not and his number has been strangely deleted from time to time from the app. In another upsetting situation, my son was involved in an accident just over a week ago. From my understanding, your app is supposed to detect a crash, call the driver and if there is no response, I would be the next in line to receive a call from your company. None of this was the case when my son slammed into a guardrail! Then today he called me frantically to tell me not to worry because there was not a crash, yet his crash detection enabled on his phone.

I don't understand the constant problems and I am very unhappy with the services I have paid for. I am even more upset when there is no other way to reach your company other than what you, on your website say, is only by email or "plain old snail mail." What legitimate company does not have a telephone contact? Don't waste your money- I have requested a full refund!

I've tried life 360 twice now and must say the original install was on an S10 Samsung phone and within minutes 60% of my battery power was depleted. For my new S21 When I Install the app saying deal on my S21I went from 77% down 215% within minutes of my phone became agitatedly hot this app is a ruin.

Scams i never received my son picture since March and charge my credit card when I called the lady who cone to my house she said dont have nothing to do with

The app isn't the best... looking for accurate information on location GPS, texts messages, phone call logs history and its audio conversations, i used a hacker

My sister sent me an invitation to join the life360 app so that we could keep track of each other. The constant messages about my sister, and even her husband's whereabouts (which I never wanted to know, and it feels like i"m intruding on his life.), were so frustrating that I deleted the app. It will not stop sending me several (many) email's every day about my sister and her husband arriving home or at work, despite the fact that I have DELETED THE APP!. There is nothing on the email except their locations, where they are, no unsubscribe button, nothing. I am frustrated beyond words. I signed into the app on my laptop computer to try to yet delete it again. It doesn't show up on my APP's, or my searches, but yet remains a constant nuisance and apparently I"m locked in. I couldn't be more frustrated. This is the only app I have ever truly regretted getting and if anyone knows how to delete it, please help. If I could give no stars I would. If I could write a more negative review, I would. It isn't right that on the page of this Life360 app they give you every possible choice EXCEPT to delete it. Infuriating.

This $#*! is terrible. This app is the WORST tracking app ever. It's accurate to give you a sense of an idea on where a person is for the most part but just an IDEA. It is in no way accurate at all and SO MANY PEOPLE ON THIS APP SAY THE SAME, PARENTS TRACKING THEIR KIDS AND PEOPLE IN RELATIONSHIPS ALIKE. I hate this app and it ruins relationships. The app told me I walked from someone's house to my own home and parked in a water tower field behind my house when that clearly isn't accurate and my boyfriend was accusing me of being with someone when I was actually alone. It was only supposed to be a 1 minute drive and told me it was a 9 minute walk when I was actually driving. I used this app to see where my mom was and it's good to have an IDEA on where someone is but if you want to track your boyfriend or husband, this is NOT the app to download. It's terrible. Honestly. Find another app or invest in something expensive to track your kid or significant other. 0 stars.
