When my son started driving, I was apprehensive like any other concerned parent. When I was told by a family friend about your app, I immediately downloaded it. Upon looking into the features, especially the crash detection, I felt it necessary to pay the yearly $69.99 for peace of mind. Since then, I have been nothing short of disappointed.

The app is constantly giving false information; saying my son had left a certain place when indeed he has not and his number has been strangely deleted from time to time from the app. In another upsetting situation, my son was involved in an accident just over a week ago. From my understanding, your app is supposed to detect a crash, call the driver and if there is no response, I would be the next in line to receive a call from your company. None of this was the case when my son slammed into a guardrail! Then today he called me frantically to tell me not to worry because there was not a crash, yet his crash detection enabled on his phone.

I don't understand the constant problems and I am very unhappy with the services I have paid for. I am even more upset when there is no other way to reach your company other than what you, on your website say, is only by email or "plain old snail mail." What legitimate company does not have a telephone contact? Don't waste your money- I have requested a full refund!
