I placed an order on 9/06
Received no shipping confirmation or any communication from Life Enthusiast post order confirmation. No response to email sent on 9/13 (until right after the chat on 9/22) I finally reached out to via chat on 9/22 and they told me that they do not have the product and had no ETA on when it would be available. No apology offered and customer service representative attempted to guilt me out of cancelling by saying that would not be "putting myself ahead." Completely inappropriate.
They should not be selling products they don't have.
At the very least, they need to communicate with customers if they make a mistake.
For years I have ordered from Life Enthusiast and I have never been disappointed. I love the variety of available products and the ease of ordering these products online. Martin called me after I had ordered a cellerciser WITH support bar saying they could fill the order but the product with bar wasn't in stock so he'd have to send it later. I asked if that meant I'd have to pay additional shipping costs and he said " no it's only $20 one way or another". So, 5 months and numerous emails later I have no bar nor any compensation for the cost of it. I guess he meant " oh it's only $100 one way or the other" in this case my $100
I was gifted with Strata-Flora several years ago & used it sparingly in the summers. In 1993 I had a heat stroke & was never able to handle a temperature, outside, over 74-78 degrees without having the headache & nausea incapacitate me! Thanks to that product, I am able to tolerate into the 90's! I have NO idea WHAT it did to turn around my system, but I will be forever grateful!
In addition, through Life Enthusiast, I have found MANY products to aid in healing my severely compromised immune system. The product information & podcasts are extremely helpful for gathering crucial knowledge to begin the self-guided & self-healing journey!
Honestly? THIS SITE GAVE ME HOPE for the first time in DECADES! I stopped going to Drs. In the 80's & used health food stores sparingly. I limped along for over 30 years... now? My 64 oz water bottle no longer develops pink bacteria. I add one drop into my bottle when I fill it up daily. Use for dogs water dish also. Great product. Feel a lot safer drinking water and my tea.
