“Do not use this service”

Do not use this company. They sent me all my items broken and damaged. The box was torn open and everything was flying around inside. When I sent them a message stating what happened they said that was my fault because I did not apply for extra packaging services. I did not realize that extra services were necessary, and that, without the use of these, you should expect your items to arrive damaged. Many communications later, the company refused to help and were very stubborn in stating that it is not their responsibility. A terrible experience overall.

Submitted request to consolidate 4 packages on 12 Dec 2023. After more than 1 week nothing done, contacted them only gave excuse due to overload so delay. Days later, inform one of the package was missing. Requested to consolidate the remaining 3 and ship out, the other regard as missing and do a refund to me. Leyifan insisted they wanted to find the missing package in the warehouse and again after few days still missing. Now i have 1 package missing and the other 3 after more than 2 weeks still with them. There is no sense of urgency in helping customer to resolve the issue. Work ethnic unacceptable, unreasonable, irresponsible and unprofessional.

Signed up, packages are quickly in but from there it is super slow. Address verification takes a day, consolidation 1 day, language & communication poor. Hope these are start-up problems

I'm a Leyifan user from few month ago. There haven't any problem with package collecting and account maintain. But after i received more packages they locked my account and disabled my shipping option. They asked me to pay some money and when i try to pay everytime it's getting payment failure.My account still locked and my packages are over dating. I think they are going to steal my packages. This i huge problem so going to be a legal matter. Funny thing is they never reply to you if you had a problem.
Tenso.com provide really good service(no any issue) than this forwading service.

Customer service is nice, replies questions fast and items are shipped in timely manner.

But.

Shipping and repacking of items don't work. I was told that some of boxes arriving were too big, so Leyifan repacked them - and then they had to repack them again as they were placed in too big boxes. After that all of my items were repacked: I might get box weighting 4 kilo and it had to be repacked so the boxes didn't weight more than 1 kilo. The maximum weight limit is 30 kilo and the overall size wasn't the issue. Items were also packed in boxes so big that they would move around and be easily damaged. I asked about this and adding paper etc. would have costed extra.

So yeah, it sounds cheap, but after you have to repack everything and pay extra for packing items, shipping can cost over 1600 yen for one box as they repack everything to smaller boxes and remove previous packaging material.

Also (as mentioned in other reviews) the payment methods don't always work and if payment is not in time, they might close your account. Error messages are in Japanese so it's really difficult to know what went wrong with payment.

They were quite good for long time but then perhaps all their support team got ill or lost any responsibility. Now they become the reason why I lost hundred of dollars in income. My customers are waiting for the products I shipped to Leyifan company. But the support ignores me all working week. They don't apply campaign shipping discount, they gave any email reply to many my messages. It's horrible. I used goyokikiya.com, tensojapan.com, tenso.com, baggageforward.jp forwarding companies for more than 6 years and never experienced so bad attitude. I like some services Leyifan provide, that's why I used them last months but now I don't see any advantages if I lose so much time and incur direct losses.
