They were called dark moon until they seen the amount of bad reviews they recieved. It's been 4 months and I'm still waiting on some of my items. Not happy with 2 out of 3 Iitems got so far. Not at all like what they advertise. Spend your money at fashion nova... less expensive and you get what's advertised.

I regret buying from them. I'm trying my best to get a refund and get my money back but it doesn't look like I'm going to. They need to be reported to the better business bureau and trust me that's exactly what I'm going to do.

DON'T!

I've paid around 120 usd for 3 items. 2 of them arrived but were to small. I'm a normal size s. I asked them for a refund and they told me they couldn't do it because of the current situation. By now they told me I can get some new items for only the shipping. I try my best now to get my money over paypal. Never again!

Over 4 months and multiple emails and have yet to get my complete order of 4 items. It started in April by June I only had one of my items. It took several emails and receive 2 more items. Still missing one item and its august... miserable.

Worst service

They send a broken product and now you have to fight to send it back and wait more than 1 month for its product.
They refuse to pay the money back, even if it is their fault and not mine.
Find another place and shop, they do not live up to their goods

The first time I reached out to the was the same day I ordered my item. They told me that I could not cancel my order, so in other words I had to keep my order so that they could keep my money. The second time I reached out I had been waiting a month for my item that I had no longer wanted. They don't refund you, this company is a scam.

Fraudulent company

I ordered 7 items and only got 2, they are scammers and lie to PayPal... One of the items is meant to be a 3xl and is lucky to be a xs they are taking advantage of covid and not sending out what people pay for... Oh and you don't get it in one package like shein or boohoo which is how they are getting away with posting 1 or 2 items... That are very fraudulent and know PayPal will side with them because something has been posted... They have $200+ of mine

I ordered 2 items. The 1st item was size small, and did not fit me at all (literally made for a toddler). The 2nd item was never shipped to me. They sent me an incorrect item instead. They refuse to refund me and are not following the return policy on their website. See attached picture of their response below. The quality of the products is absolutely horrible and you cannot return anything. Just stay away.

I reported them to the better business bureau. You can do so as well in an easy 3 minute form listed below. Report them so this scam will stop:

DON"T SHOP HERE!

The items are ill made, don't look like the pictures on the website at all. I put my order in October and still waiting to receive an item. I have sent countless emails, only to be sent template emails that they send to all their unhappy customers. Spent $200 on this site, and NOTHING is wearable and they will not do exchanges or refunds. They have the worst customer service of any online shop I have ever used. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The products are poor quality and do not reflect what was advertised. They have not responded to any of my emails about an item in my order that never arrived. I have been asking for a refund for weeks with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Total SCAM! They sent me an item 5in smaller than advertised and now refused to give me a refund or let me return the items. According to them, slight differences in size are to be expected and aren't a good enough reason to let me return items. Literally, a size x-sm waist on a lg item. I tried to cancel the rest of the order but they refused to cancel it once you get the order confirmation email. Items came in over two months after I placed the order. When I pointed this out to them they stopped responding to me. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order on January 16th. It is now February 27th and three of the items have yet to even ship. I asked for a refund and to cancel, and they immediately printed labels so they could claim they "shipped" the items. That was 4 weeks ago and there has been no update on my "shipped" items other than the label was printed. Filed a complaint with PayPal, they lied and sent them the tracking numbers for the other items that WERE delivered, so I had to contact PayPal and show them the ample proof I had that the items had not shipped, let alone delivered. Thankfully PayPal opened the case again, so we'll see, but I got yet another email from LBG saying it's not their fault, it's the shipper, but the packages have not even been picked up yet! Offered me an insulting 10% off another order, I laughed. Also, quite a bit of their stuff can be found on wish.com for MUCH less. Don't shop here! Being in China does not grant unlimited time to ship!

TERRIBLE!

I only gave one star cuz you have to put something to leave a rating otherwise it would be nothing. I order 6 weeks ago. No items and when I emailed after the 10-15 days that the site says I should have received my items, I emailed them. They said it should take 6-8 weeks. Well the items are apparently coming from China and my items have been in Wuhan since July 5th. I have sent about 3 more emails, and messaged them on Facebook messenger. Still no reply but I can see on messenger they read my message. I want my money back! Do not and I repeat.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!

Placed and order of around $100usd back in April. For a few days it said it was being processed, so I emailed them to ask for an update, and they got back a few days later to say it had been processed and now out for delivery and a tracking number would be sent shortly. Fast forward 2 months and SEVERAL emails asking for a tracking number and nothing! Their website I noticed has a track your order page. So I thought 'why not' and when I input my details, to my shock I saw that it was STILL WAITING to be dispatched! I emailed my disgust and asked for a refund as they lied and fobbed me off and 2 months is far too long to actually ship an order! They have now blocked my email. Ignoring my IM'S on Facebook and removing any negative posts on their social media. Save yourself the agro and shop from somewhere who is legit, as after seeing all the bad reviews now, I regret placing an order with them. I am hoping to recoup my money via the bank, but not hopeful...

If I could give this site zero stars I would. I ordered three products, 2 actually came to my apartment and were so poorly made that I can't even wear them. The third one never came and was actually delivered to an address in Florida when I live in California. When I contacted the website about the third item, they refused to give me a refund stating that it was "Not their fault", blaming the delivery issue on UPS instead of themselves. This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a website. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I am very dissatisfied with this company. DO NOT order from them, especially right now. All their orders come from China. I made my order January 30th and have still NOT received it. I made my first inquiry Feb. 24th and they told me it was in transit. One month later on March 26th I made my 2nd inquiry with no movement on my package I asked for a refund. They refused and re-ordered my shirt. This package was last updated April 1st, marked "in transit" sitting in China. Now, 4 months later I inquired again asking again for a refund and they still refused saying it was "in transit". I understand there is a lot going on with Covid-19. But you can't let your customers wait 4 months for a shirt that's quoted to allow 10-15 days arrival time. I do not expect to EVER receive this shirt. I am never ordering from this company again.

I spent +$100 on 5 products. I placed the order almost 2 months ago and I just received their "Sexy Goth Lace Mask" (originally sold for $12, now $25 but got for free using their 3GET1 coupon) and this thing is the cheapest thing I have ever seen, it only deserves to be thrown in the trash immediately. After 2 months I got an email saying the last product in my order was delivered. COMPLETELY DECEIVING.

They will not issue any refunds and PayPal will close your payment dispute because "something" was shipped/delivered.
