Doesn't ship product doesn't give refund

Ordered 5 months ago, asked for refund 4 times, customer service said over and over

Purchased items from this company figure ok let's try it says from USA so figured let give it a try ordered five items have one that shipped on April 8 has only now hit New York it's floating around somewhere since it left queens ( well supposedly arrived) have three other packages that shipped out the 14 th of April and they are showing still in China ( yes China a fact I wasn't happy with when I got the shipping information) I have messaged this company quiet the few times now and each time I get someone named Abby the first email I got back had nothing to remotely do with what i has asked she had
Something about no refund cause it's what I picked and ordered I'm like heck are you talking about so I preceded with another email asking for my tracking info and they like to take their sweet time in responding back to u, she sends me one back need your info to track your items ( now mind you I had included info in the prior message) sent another one back with what this Abby wanted ok three days go by finally a return comment with my tracking numbers go and track to see where my items are and this is where I become very unhappy come to find out it's coming from China ( where their warehouse is) now mind you there is nothing on the site saying that their warehouse is from China at this point I'm super ticked cause I order from this company cause it was from the USA and I'm all about supporting American made items if I would have known that it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered, since
I ordered five items ( two are together why all of it wasn't is beyond me four packages seems like a waste when it could be all in one) so I go and try and Look up the other tracking numbers comes back can't locate recheck tracking number ( did that for all three of the ones I was checking on) so now I'm really starting to get mad emailed again about saying that the tracking numbers can't be located and I waited 3-4 days for reply ( this is what's not helping matters and only gets me even more mad) she's comes back with with a pic of the tracking which took me to a tracking site China post so I saw one
Was on its way so figured let it go another two weeks maybe less I go back in to track and see where they are at at this point all In China I snapped I'm not gonna lie I flipped I message back this time I put everything in there a few f bombs did fly and at this point I didn't care I went into their site and read reviews someone had a review up that they ordered and had it in two weeks wow really at this point I'm already at a month I said to my husband wow they ordered around the time I did and got Their items already how? And another review fast delivery really hmmm so all this had me really mad and another email went out and this One was super long I had said if I knew your company had its warehouse out of China I wouldn't have order from you I ordered from you cause your a USA store/ company I suggested maybe they should include That in their about me description to let people know how long their wait is really gonna be, at this point I'm mad and at the point I don't want the order and told them to refund my money and you can find your own items cause I'm at the point now I don't even want my order which the one item was shorts for a concert I was gonna be going to ( not now due to virus) I was at one point excited and could't wait to get my order and now after all this I don't even want it, so I send it to this Abby again 3-4 days later response comes we're so sorry for any inconvenience with your Order and we'll pass the message to the upper management and here's 10% off your next order ( that's not happening) let it go and go check again yeah they haven't moved yet from where they are no new update have been done at that point and than I'm looking at each package of when they took for shipment and the dates are don't match with my orginal email April
8 for the one and April 15 for the others so that there has me questioning ok what gives and now it's to the point checking every other day let another week go by packages still haven't moved I sent another email to them saying how I don't wanna hear any more oh how sorry I am for your inconvenience here's 10% off (this is the recent one I sent) I said I will not be ordering from this company ever again and that I wanted to be contacted by s human being and not thew a email 3-4 days later I said I want a person to talk to to find out how this situation is gonna be handled due to I kept getting your order will be with u soon it's shipped out our time frame ( which changed twice) 10-15 days well if that's the case where are my items and why the hell are they still in China supposedly at the airport than I had a comeback that 6 to 8 weeks from shipment wow how that changed than they were blaming the setback on what's
Been going on the Virus um well China had it before the USA did and I'm I'm not mistaken China was already starting to get back into having things open for business again by the time I ordered my items, if this was coming from here in the USA than I would have totally under stood the long wait but this is not the case and as I went and looked at the tracking information thanks to a little app called shop I'm able to see where
The packages are what's funny ( not really but I'm sure you will all understand what I mean) is that all of the remaining items that are sitting in china all cleared their customs on April 14 th and than went to airport April 28 so we're on earth we're the packages at for 14 days as of right now three packages now sitting (so they say) are sitting at the China airport since April 28,2020 today is now 5/30/2020 and as of 4:30 am eastern time that's what it's still showing and my response back from my message three days ago had really nothing to do with what I sent. My other thing is the company is Let's Be Gothic shouldn't we be getting emails from the same name and not Dark Moon? To me this makes me wonder if this is a scam due to the rate time to respond to messages concerning your order, tracking, refunds, or their responses that don't anwser any questions that you ask, as long as their lining their pocket why should they care about anything they certainly don't care about their customers or they would have some where on their page stating that their warehouse is in China and shipment wait will me a bit longer than expected, Their address and about them is in the USA but that's all. I apologize for the super long rant but I had to do something to vent about how disappointed and displeased I am with this company and how they are handling this I've never delt with a company like this before ya know it's now the end of my my concert was suppose to be July and I would have been going to buy a different pair anyway cause the ones I go still wouldn't have been here the photo I'm including is the last message I had just sent them and yeah they didn't answer any of my questions..
