As stated by every review I have read. These shoes look like they were make in a kids work shop. They smell of oil, no arch support, just an insert made of cheap honeycomb material. They want to fight the return process. Work with your credit card company to refund your money. Do not attempt to wear these shoes, no telling what they will do to your feet.
After waiting 24 days, the shoes arrived. Nowhere in or on the shoe had evidence of a size. I had a good inch beyond my great toe. A reason I made the purchase in the first place was they advertised good arch support. There was no recognizable arch in the shoe. Now seeing how long it takes for return postage and getting my account credited.
Shoes take about 3 months to arrive since they come from China - they are NOT "Made in USA" as their website claims. Similarly, their statement "Ships From California" is only true for final forwarding the customer once the shoes are received from China. Website also claims "Return Guarantee within 30 days" - but that requires the buyer paying to ship shoes back to China, at significant cost to the buyer. Customer service will offer to pay just 20% of the value of the shoes.
As for the shoes themselves - they have really thin padding, are poor quality, and not a good fit. Shoes have a strong smell of glue. Value for money is poor overall. For not much more money, you will do far better buying from a reputable brand with trustworthy processes.
It is recommended that you avoid this company because of their fraudulent advertising and their really poor quality product.
I have never purchased a pair of shoes with this type of poor quality. Regardless if it was an online purchase, the advertised shoe vs what was received was simply atrocious. They were put together like a kids toy, they smelled like oil, there was no return offered, stay away from this site, they are thieves!
This site is absolutely a scam. I purchased a pair of shoes, spent over $ 50. Very poor quality product. When asked for return, they offered to pay 10%, 20%, 40% discount and keep the product. Return address is of China (the pair was shipped form LA) which mean you spent over 50% of the price on return shipment. I will never ever buy anything from this site.
The shoes were advertised as leather breathable walking shoes. The shoes delivered are all man made they smell awful. They were "100% Guaranteed". They will not accept a return. Offered a discount. This is a fraud. Do not buy from them.
You would think I would learn about ordering products from random companies on the internet. This is a scam of the first order. The shoes are NOT leather. The shoes are NOT made in the USA. They do NOT stand behind their "100% money back guarantee if not satisfied". Their returns are NOT "free". Be smart and shop elsewhere.
Terrible fit, cheap quality shoes, no returns and no customer service. I used the site's guidelines for fit, but the shoes are painful. And although the ad says free returns, there is no return. No telephone support, and I've repeatedly sent emails - no response. Thompson
Two pair of shoes one ladies, One men's in the wrong sizes. When I emailed the customer service department they had me send pictures and finally decided to send me a new pair if ladies shoes and give me a partial credit for the men's shoes that are of no use to me. Both pair of shoes were too small. The new pair of womens shoes that they sent stink like bug spray.
Since my earlier review of Lensieh, I have discovered that it is a shady Chinese company masquerading as British. Their so-called customer service agent, ferayservice.zendesk.com, is neither accredited nor rated by the Better Business Bureau, but zendesk itself gets a worrisome D- rating.
The site is a scam. The description is not accurate to what you receive. They state it's leather with rubber soles. It's a lie cheap material, foam soles. Their customer service is awful. Don't waste your money! Scam website. Tsk tsk!
Their sizes run on the larger side. I have DOZENS of 11.5 footwear. The 11.5 they sent wear WAY more than 11.5. I have left NUMEROUS messages, to absolutely NO AVAIL! They have totally ignored my requests for return information. The information card accompanying the footwear is totally useless. This is definitely NOT a reparable business!
I had ordered a pair of shoes with payment made out of my account. The shoes were never received. After contacting them and giving them all the information they refuse to answer emails. They go under a parent company called Oononno. I will now be pursuing this legally. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Shoes are of poor quality and not worth it! Difficult to get a refund. Not as advertised!
Shoes are from China not California. The insoles are paper not orthopedic.
They sent wrong size, would not exchange, and offered a refund after many texts of 40%!
Do not go there
Great prices on shoes but they are JUNK. Now try to get a refund. These people appear to have convincing sites but that's part of the lure
I fell for the ad copy for a pair of walking shoes. Total scam.
First Clue: The unfamiliar company same and the deep 70% discount offer should have rung a loud bell.
Second Clue: They sent me an order acknowledgment with a tracking number. After a week, I checked the tracking status for the first time. Status came back written in Chinese. I emailed the Customer Service for an English translation and received a suspicious DHL site. The site indicated I owed $1.29 for import fee. I suspiciously ignored and was sure at that point I'd been had.
My order arrived in the US Mail after three more weeks with unanswered shipping status inquiries.
Third Clue: The shoes were stuffed in a plastic envelope with no packing slip. The quality looked like a kid's "prize" out of a cereal box.
Fourth Clue: Literally no manufacturer logo or seal or tag on the shoes. No size marking on either shoe.
I had ordered a US size 10; they must have been at least size 13.
Fifth Clue: My email to customer service was answered by "Cherry" who said I needed to send her a picture of the shoes and the envelope mailing label to secure a RETURN AUTHORIZATION and return address. I complied.
Sixth Clue: She could not accept a return but her response was to offer a $10 refund on my $50 purchase. I responded why would I want cheap shoes that don't fit for a net of $40. Pls send RA and RA address and issue a full credit.
Seventh Clue: End of any discourse with this company.
Moral of the story: A sucker is born every minute and this was my turn. I should have researched this company before even considering a purchase. The company is described as a disaster on several websites.
Terrible odor, poorly made. Shoes did not fit properly and the smell was terrible! So I would not recommend wasting your money!
Thin paper insoles are NOT orthopedic! Smh
Will not buy from this company again. Should have known not to buy from a Google pop up ad.
