Order online but hit a snag after payment. Called and spoke with representative to reorder and got prompt service. Contacts arrived before Christmas!
I don't appreciate having 4 boxes of contacts automatically ordered for me when all I did was follow the link you emailed me. I immediately changed the order to 1 box of lenses but TWICE, I had to cancel the 4 box order. It's a scam!

So it's my first time ordering contacts, and I heard that Lens.com was a great cheap option which worked for me as a student. I accidently ordered the wrong contacts and soon after my order, they reached out to me to correct it. Within 30 minutes, they cancelled my order, talked to my doctor, and ordered the correct contacts for me. It was such a help as a first time buyer. And they came early which is even better!

It was pretty easy to use the order system. However, it doesn't ask till the end if you have a prescription you want to upload or to contact your doctor.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
