The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm wary of bait and switch operations. This is beginning to look like one.
This was a big mistake. Please take me off all the lists. My phone is blowing up. I did not sign up for this. Also take me off emails.
It has been very easy to answer all the questions and follow directions
Horrible wa representative called before I could get the summary and I'm getting solicitation email while completing this rating.
Good, but don't want to solicit a barrage of calls.
Good I just started the process so don't know what to expect.
Please contact me after January 26th, 2022 as I am NOT available until then to discuss a Refinance of my Reverse Mortgage until then.
I wanted to see a rate not get tossed to the Vultures
Same BS as all
No rate given.
Show me a rate for a 15 year fixed, no cash out, outstanding credit
Ok I'm don't know what this is all about. I don't want to have a bunch of calls.
I find this very simple to follow and look forward.
You don't show rates in your results, so what's point
I was led into this expecting some sample rates for my observation. Of course now my phone is going to get spam'd - luckily i used an old dead number. And basically i was bird dog'd to other lenders who will aggressively tele market me- and probably sell my information in spite of your web UI comments.
Just getting to learn that this the way to get your credit up
I immediately got calls but no info about lowering my mortgage. I want to know my options before I talk to lenders. All you did was send me lenders which I could look up on my own.
I wanted to view options not receive calls before the engine finished processing.
It went as I thought it would. No approval as always
You stated two minutes and after I completed the form then I was referred to other business to do the same thing.
My first visit do far. Everything looks good. Thank you
All this did was give me phone numbers and names. What good is that? I already have phone numbers and names. This is a waste of time and nothing more than a mining effort.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
