Run by the company pink sky trading ltd, bought item waited 5 weeks still nothing, had to fight. For a refund, join fb group pink sky trading conned customers, if you have had a negative. Experience as many people have check out trust pilot.

Stunning Bench

Purchased a gorgeous bench from Lemon Pavilion a couple of months ago but due to ill health have only just got around to assembling it. Super easy to assemble with clear instructions and fittings provided and was kept informed of what it would arrive. No complaints and a stunning addition to my garden

I am one very happy customer. I ordered my garden table and chair set last week after being let down by another company. It was delivered yesterday and I am over the moon. The quality is excellent and it was really good value for money. I will be back in the Spring for the cushions.

Beware - couldn't be worse

12 weeks from the date of my order and I still have a pile of plant supports delivered broken and bent.
I have never experienced frustration like this.
Lemon Pavilion have APPALLING customer communication and show no regard for delivering any kind of customer service
Do not think for one moment that you as a customer matter. If there are problems with your order you will be bitterly disappointed with the lack of regard.
They had the gall to INVOICE me for a replacement set and refuse to collect the damaged goods. They are aggressively pursuing ME for a double payment!

The whole experience is massively upsetting, frustrating and time consuming. And please, don't expect an apology. If you are able to contact them they will be very rude and shouty just accusations.
Beware they also trade as BUTTERCUP FARM …. Why?

Stunning Birdhouse
December 24, 2021

I purchased a beautiful birdhouse from Lemon Pavilion as my 2 year old granddaughter loves to join me in the garden to watch the "birdies" so I thought this would be something we could enjoy together. She is absolutely besotted with it and calls it her "dreamhouse"! From an adult's perspective, the house is sturdy, well crafted and a beautiful addition to my garden. Very impressed

Order my pergola via the Lemon Pavilion website. I found the website easy to navigate and my order was placed with ease. I changed my contact number the day after placing the order and called to advise them. The lady I spoke to was helpful and courteous. The delivery arrived and I was very impressed with the quality of the product.

Purchased a bed and mattress for my 3 year old was told yes its in stock and will be delivered soon as possible for you 2 weeks later had to contact them to ask where goods are to then find out they don't actually hold the stock they are a reseller third party selling dropshipper basically. No goods arrived we decided to cancel as we didn't want to wait anymore as they couldn't provide any details as to when items would arrive a refund was promised staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. No refund was ever received after months of chasing an email in April saying refund is now complete but guess what? No money arrived no more correspondence despite calls and emails. However leave a review on trust pilot and 6 minutes later on Saturday its been questioned by the owner - amazing they are still alive!

I would assume all their reviews are fake as they shouldn't be running a business which his also reflected in there accounts.

Gorgeous Summerhouse

I had been looking around for a summerhouse for a while and had many questions! I made initial contact with Lemon Pavilion through their livechat service. They answered my queries courteously and I went on to place my order. I was very happy with the service throughout and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again
