My experience with this website is always good. I am a writer; however, I elect not to reinvent the wheel when it comes to certain legal documents. Your site provides a host of resources which I have found to be very useful and beneficial.
They were able to accommodate my request very quickly and made the process as easy as sending an email! Would highly recommend their services, as it seems their customer satisfaction is priority number 1!

The website says there will be a $39.95 charge at the end of the 7-day free trial. I cancelled my trial immediately to avoid charges however, the fee was instantly charged to my account. Customer service said it was to "remind me to cancel my free-trial" and that I should see my refund in 24-48 business hours which has still yet to come nearly 4 business days later. False advertising of a "free trial" Wish I had never found this site.
In my dealing with LegalTemplates, they took every opportunity to make the process go smoothly and accommodate my needs. I used their services to draft a quick legal document, and it looked very professional.
The expectation i had with this website is way beyond great. I tried out the 14 day free trial plan offer to search for a Lease/Rental Agreement that i could use for my business. It was so easy to create and the form looks absolutely professional and everything is just written out so systematically. Also, it let's you choose either in MS Word or PDF for it to be downloaded. I would certainly use your services in the future. Keep on helping people who are in need of your website.
So many sites offer free templates, but there is some type of fee usually after completing the form and before downloading or printing. This service is legitimately free. Quick, easy, simple download or print.

I am updating my comment because the company reached out to me and resolved my issue. If you are doing the free trial make sure you cancel within the 7 days. The document I obtained was exactly what I needed, and I will probably buy another one in the future when needed as a landlord.

This site will offer you a free trial - but then continue to charge you $40 a month for months on end - they never send receipts so by the time you realize it - you would have lost hundreds of dollars.
They seem like a legit business but they have the typical sleezy automatic payment tactics after the free trial. Their charge shows up as CCbill on your statement so it's not clear who is actually billing you. They don't send monthly reminders or receipt of payment because of course that would notify you to cancel this ridiculous monthly charge. If you ask to be refunded for a service you never used they refuse to refund you. Between their horrible customer service and gross billing tactics I would never recommend this company.

I was mistaken on the length of my free trial and called right away... not only was Chris polite and helpful but offered me a refund right away! While we dont use legal documents enough for a monthly service you can bet I will be using them again for individual legal document needs as they arise. Thank you!
I found the available legal templates on this site to be quite helpful. I live in North Carolina, where Civil laws can be tricky. The templates available for both the civil process and the NC Tenant and Landlord Agreements were not only useful, but in accordance with our state guidelines. The actual documents compiled through this site, were very professional, and had the correct legal jargon upon them. When I did run into a concern, Benjamin in Customer Service was not only very kind, friendly and professional, but assisted me immediately and resolved my issues on the spot. I would definitely recommend to any personal or professional entity, and would use this service again when needed.

This website was very easy to use. Also I forgot to cancel my subscription within my 14 day trial. I spoke to Cris via the Live Chat and he not only cancelled my subscription but helped in guiding me on how to request a refund. The responded very quickly within 5 minutes to advise me that it would be refunded without any issue. Thank you! It is greatly appreciated
It was very nice to speak to a real person, Charles, was very professional, informative as well as fast. He did not toy with the policy of the company or try to bully me into keeping the subscription. I truly appreciate him being helpful and kind. I needed a California Power of Attorney. It was complete and simple to use. And free, like they said! Most take you to the end, just to tell you there is a subscription fee after three free days. No thank you.

I am so surprised that online companies are charging for forms that are available for free through other sites. I understand wanting to make money, but as these forms are basic opening business (LLC) forms or personal forms (last will and testament, living will) it just strikes me as very underhanded to charge for templates. I was looking for a short term rental agreement for a new property we are going to rent out. We've only done long-term rentals in the past, so didn't really know where to start.
