Although I was looking for something a bit different. The site was easy to get through. There a lot of different products if you need. The trial period although short was just long enough to see all that was offered. There is so many different items to use.
Customer support on getting my subscription cancelled was VERY GOOD! Thank you.
I have to say the degree of professionalism and quickness when responding to my requests were absolutely impeccable. A breath of fresh air given the typical response expected online these days. Would recommend to anyone. Great service with a great product and customization system.
I do have to say using their tool was easy, but be cautioned that when you sign up for a trial account they will bill you $39.95 monthly automatically. I didn't realize this and they have dinged me for several months. They have no interest in working with me on even one month's credit. Disappointed. I'd probably go elsewhere next time given that this content is probably identical on another site.

This service was great. I liked how easy it was to create the document I needed. However, it was a little difficult to get in contact them to cancel my subscription initially but when I did they were very quick in getting it done. Douglas responded to me quickly and issued a refund with no problem. I would use the service again.
I signed up for a free trial. I appreciated the program and was able to use in on several issues for our business. However, being a small business I didn't need it as often as I thought.

I cancelled my service with Legal Templates and on the same day they charged for another month of services. I used two templates in four months. Nothing the last two months and they charged me another month. Douglas at customer services really had no common sense about customer service and stated he did see where the problem was. Not a way to run a business but I guess with the internet services now days, it really does not matter with this company. Suck the money out out of customers no matter what.

Excellent customer service provided by Chris. Chris came well trained and immediately took action to resolve my concerns by providing a credit confirmation number, the e-mail to send refund request and concluding by asking did I have any additional concerns. Chris is an example of the type of customer service employees that companies should strive to employ.
I just wanted some sample documents and this site enabled me to do that without requiring that I complete the document first or set up an account. It was easy to select the document and download either Word or PDF format (or both) without delay. It is a relief that I could just review and download the documents without an account and without having to fake complete the document. The website transitions are smooth. I was able to get what I needed without difficulty.

It takes mere minutes to go from nothing to a finished, legal document, every bit as effective and binding as one which comes from an attorney for thousands of dollars more than what I'm paying.
It's practically a hack and I feel as if I've done something wiley...it shouldn't be this easy should it, because I'm pretty sure something which only cost me a dollar and 10 minutes of my time shouldn't secure so much for me.

The website was easy to use and provided great forms. It even allowed me to start creating a legal document. To view the document you need to provide a credit card for the free trial. I was able to obtain a copy of the document but as it turns out my school already had an approved form to use. I was seeking a non-disclosure agreement for a school project. I was able to easily change my subscription and their customer service representative Benjamin was very helpful. Thanks

Good templates but emails with when off of trial would be a nice notification to get. I was told they would close my account and return payment that is pending now I am told to send an e-mail to get payment credit refund processed after I write a review.
I did their free trial and cancelled. I received a notification on their website that it was cancelled. I did not receive any other documentation. I found out that they use a third party to bill your card monthly and after 6 months, I finally figured out who they were. They refused to refund me and knew very well that I had no proof of the cancellation. I have reported to the FTC.
Every form needed for any type of legal situations you get yourself in or just needing to put together legal forms for personal reasons, this is the best place to visit. Highly recommend LegalTemplates to anyone and Benjamin from the company can address and assist in any situation needed.
