Product arrived fine, 10 days not bad for delivery time. Ordered a jacket and a few t-shirts. Jacket is X-mas present so only took a quick peek, and shirts still need to be washed, so we'll see, but silk screening seems good but washing will tell all. NexGen jacket and it way small by 2 sizes. It fits like a ex large not a 3xxx as it should be. The bad side is its a clearance sale and non returnable. Not my fault and I have a problem with this. Now what, just eat it?

The jacket i received smelled terrible, the inside buttons were tarnished green and had rubbed off onto the leather and there was also some unknown white build up around all the buttons.
I was concerned about the quality and contacted customer service at leatherup. Ca twice but got no response. I also called in and was told to email customerservice@ leatherup. Com instead and that I will receive a prepaid return slip. As a result I sent an email with photos and was told someone would get back to me in 24- 48 hours.
In the meantime I had hung the jacket outside for a few hours trying to get the smell out, it started raining and one of the sleeves got wet. I hung it up inside and when it dried i found white streaks all over the leather that had gotten wet. I don't know what is going on with this jacket. I contacted customer service again asking if there was a film or something on the coat and was told someone would get back to me. It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. Terrible quality jacket, and neglectful customer service. Save your money for a better brand and don't shop here.

Good prices, but immediately after placing my order, I wanted to cancel. I was told it was already too late to cancel and would need to ship it back. That's fine, but it'll cost me $10 to return it when I should have been able to cancel from the get go. The XL size was too tight to fit comfortably and that's why I tried to cancel. I selected the wrong size by mistake and it cost me $10.
Purchased made on the 29th of September on the 30th I received an email stating the item has shipped. October 6th item still shows label created. Leather ups customer service said its UPS service is bad in their area. Next I get another email saying they will speak to the fulfillment center. Still waiting and nothing happening. They have zero customer service and couldn't care less about their customers. I highly recommend that you do not use this company.

I was shopping Amazon and came across a Hawk H7005 Solid Matte Black Modular Motorcycle Helmet, sold by Leatherup. Money was exchanged, time passed, and order was cancelled early on the morning of delivery. I've had problems before on Amazon, but never like this. No one has ever ERASED a purchase out of my account or history. This makes Leatherup.com look like an ignoramus crew. I wonder how much they fluff their ratings after this incident.
This business has the worst customer service ever. Before you buy a product just know you will not be able to exchange it nor reach anyone on the phone or by email to discuss it. My jacket came with button imprint marks which will not come out I just wanted to exchange the item but it looks like I'm stuck with it. Before you get stuck with something you don't like I would suggest looking at other sites first.

I ordered a leather vest for my husband months ago and it was too small so I returned it foreign exchange they received my return have yet to give me the exchange or pay me back my money every single time I call there's nobody there to speak to and it's been over 2 months since I returned that vest I want my money back or the correct vest in the correct size this is absolutely ridiculous!

Don't buy any of their knockoff brands (Xelement, Hawk, Outlaw). It is all garbage! The leather is low quality as are the helmets. You need to spend good money on a helmet that will sufficiently protect your head in the event of a crash. Their low quality garbage knockoff brand helmets will not do that.

I have been doing a bit of research prior to finally deciding to purchase this leather jacket. One main concern was with the sizing that I see most folks have an issue with. The size chart is NOT very helpful! I took a chance and got the large by doing a size up. I usually wear medium. Well, I got the jacket today 4/8/2020 and it fits great EXCEPT for a few things. I won't be able to wear a sweater under the jacket zipped up (no layers sadly), but I may be able to wear layers with the jacket left open. The jacket is long like the heading/description states, however it is snug in that area though I can zip it up without a struggle. I did unzip the side vents at the hips and that helped a little, but will wear it zipped up. I do have a little jiggly belly from my last child that I just can't get rid of. I am 5"5' tall, 147 lbs., wears a 34D/36C bra, size 12 (L) in pants, and (M/L) in tops. The fit of the jacket in the top area is just right, the sleeves are really snug feeling but, not tight at all as I can bend my elbows and move my whole hands freely. The end of the sleeves goes a little pass my wrists which is nice. Loosening the sleeve zippers would definitely add a little more room. The worst part of the jacket is how snug the waist area is because if you have a bigger belly, you're gonna need to size up even more. It is $9.99 it says to return, so that's not too bad trying to figure out your size. I still have the tags on and all the wrapping just in case I want to return it, but I don't think I will... I can manage with it like this. The jacket looks great, gorgeous! Nice weight and feel to it. Excellent workmanship and quality! Stylish! I'm gonna try to lose a bit of weight in the belly and hip area. I do have wide hips and a big butt so maybe that's the problem right there. Anyway, this jacket is TOTALLY worth it! LOVE it bad!
I waited almost a year for the Women's Black Buffalo Leather pants. When finally I received a pair that fit, I found that the pants had two[2] holes one in front right leg and one in back of left leg. After notifying Customer service in December 2019 I finally got disposition in February 2020. Customer service refused to replace damaged pants because it had taken too long. Never mind they had delayed disposition with incompetence.
I'm so disappointed. Definitely will not order any merchandize from them in the future.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
