I've ordered several items from Leather Up, jackets, gloves and chaps. Always happy and satisfied with my purchases! These are a replacement pair for the men's basic chaps I ordered 10+ years ago, the old ones still work/look fine... I just wanted the side zippers covered. I ordered the leather shirt, (really it's an awesome jacket) with the buffalo nickel snaps, several years ago, it has no zipper(s).

This is my second pair. My first is the black one. I really receive great complements whenever I wear them. I do believe I will get the same response when I wear the brown ones.

I've seen these books considerably cheaper but I am not familiar with the site. Why are they so expensive on your site?

Love this site. Simple to use and found exactly what I wanted. I looked at this jacket over and over again thinking should I? I finally took the plunge and am thrilled that I did. I love, love, love my new jacket and couldn't be any happier! It came fast and packaged well. I had to stare at the box for an hour because I had it shipped to my work before I could open it. When I did get to open it, all the women I work with were loving it. I think one of them even ordered one because they liked mine so much. Although I didn't have alot of issues I was extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a pair of winter riding gloves for 40.00, I was totally under the impression that I was going to be receiving them... surprise... no gloves. I did get an apology email but what good did it do when I totally disregarded all the other sites and their gloves because I thought you guys had me covered?!
I think the least you could have done since this was your fault was send me a pair at no charge. After all, it wasn't me who didn't keep an eye on my inventory.

Do not for by the measurement chart that is in the description. It is the same chart on every item they sell even though they are made by different manufacturers. The chart said I needed an XL but after reading the reviews I ordered a 2XL and it is just a little snug. Great product though.

I was able to find what I was looking for and bought it, and ordered, and it was delivered in a fast manner.

1st time my mistake, 2nd time your mistake by sending me back the same item. But pleased overall so far
