Returned a very expensive rain suit after Christmas, of course is disappeared during the return. Rep wants a tracking number... no help whatsoever, now I'm out $67.00
At first I was blown away. The item literally arrived 2 days after I placed my order. I also really liked the item but needed another size. I went and used their site to get a return number and lable and had it in the mail to the the very same day I received it. I needed the item for the 15th of Feb and wasn't concerned since it was Jan 31 and their shipping was so lightening fast. They received my return on Feb 4. I heard nothing come Feb 10 and called and emailed just to find out that I needed to pay $9.99 and they hadn't even touched my return yet and wouldn't have had I not contacted them. So I pay the $9.99 immediately, explain that I needed the for the 15th, etc., and receive a shipping notice that same night of Feb 10. Here we are on Feb 12 and the tracking number is invalid because it has not even been sent to the shipper yet. Are you serious? I contacted them today to request they rush due to all of this run around, and have yet to receive a response, even if it says kick bricks. So disappointed that they have no ruined my plans.

Ordered jacket for 14 year old grandson that takes Boy's XL. Ordered Boys youth XL could fit a 4 year old. Very small and then you have to pay for returning. Not good at all. Then ordered 5XL and it wasn't much larger. Had to pay for returning this too.

Leather up customer service was amazing. I found two size charts, called customer service and Shelley was outstanding. I was told to use the chart which scrolls along with the jacket pictures and chose the size according to the measurements listed rather than the S, M, L. The jacket arrived yesterday true to the numbers, heavy leather and at a bargain price. This was my first purchase from leatherup but it will not be my last.
They might have some good products but heaven forbid you have to refuse one. Going on two months now and they refuse to refund my money. Worst customer service ever and they are crooks. When they do figure out how to respond to an email later, it is as it it's written by a robot. They have no common sense and lack any idea how to run a customer friendly business. The jacket I purchased from them had snaps missing and others fell off with first use. Contacted leather up customer service and was offered $15 credit if I would repair snaps myself which I agreed to. I was told to receive credit I needed to send picture of missing snaps to *******@letherup.com which I attempted to but they kept rejecting my emails and now no one answers any of their phones.
Needed a roomy bag that wouldn't interfere with my top-opening saddlebags, and this is a perfect fit for my needs. If I need to add even more room for a longer trip, I have the option of buying the roll bag from the same system that would fit right on top. So far this one is perfectly sufficient. My luggage rack has a slight tilt to it, keeping the bag from 'settling down' flat, so I added a couple of zip ties in inconspicuous spots for a little more stability. Perfect!
Awesome pants, love how they look like ordinary jeans and not bike specific. Comfortable and loose exactly what I was looking for. The denim doesn't get hard after a wash and dry cycle and they're very durable. Haven't taken a spill (knock on wood) so I can't speak on the protection. A must own!!!

These pants are a bit baggier than they appear in the photo and the length will fit the jolly green giant. Being 5'7 I had to have them chopped and hemmed. The pattern on the pants is unique and I would imagine not for everyone. Not sure if they are reflective at all but don't appear to be. There is also nowhere to insert any extra armor so as good as the liner may be (I hope I never have to find out) sliding usually leads to tumbling and thats gonna hurt. I think for the price these pants should be available with different inseams and also come with some inner liner pockets to at least insert some knee and hip extra protection options
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
