Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I have been a longtime buyer of Lazada products and had not encountered any delivery problems. But lately, all my orders has not been delivered. I will jus get a failed delivery advise and then sorry we can no longer deliver your item. So frustrating with the incompetent, lousy and poor delivery service by couriers assigned. I gave up and decided to buy from a better online store. I don't want to suffer from stress of their lousy service.
At this point I have exercised most of Lazada, including a return and a customer service query re. My wallet balance, and I have difficulty find anything much to complain about, just a few quibbles. Quibbles:
* I would expect to get a discount for shopping online relative to a (for instance) supermarket purchase, but this is usually not the case
* the app works pretty reliably, but sometimes does dumb things, or lacks obvious features, that add a lot of extra clicks to getting something done

Hi Lazada, I was unable to claim my refund for order number ******* because i was abroad during that time (Sep 10,2016). I just arrived back to Philippines last week for a short vacation. I went to LBC yesterday to claim the refund, but tracking number appears to be inactive already as said by the LBC personnel. May I please request your good office to process my claim. I had 2 big problems with Lazada in the past. First one: around 8 years ago I bought a Panasonic aircon that I did not like and Lazada did not publish my bad review, probably Panasonic did not allow it. Second: 3 years ago I bought a defective sewing machine, under warranty, and Lazada did not refund me until I reported the case to the Department of Trade and Industry, who made Lazada pay me back.
After that, Lazada has always refunded me any defective product reasonably fast. Perhaps this happens because they know that I will legally challenge them. If you have problems, please leave your contact here and I will help you to prepare a case for the DTI of the Philippines. We have to name and shame company to pressure them to behave honestly.
Lazada is ok... but what really annoys me, is there is no way to know if an item is available locally or it comes from abroad, other then opening each item... very time consuming, I would think it very easy for the programmers to separate... perhaps incluse an asterisk or something like that and save a lot of frustration on the buyers part

Just read other posts complaining on undelivered items via LBC, ordered car stereo once and did not materialize, tried tracking it and found out it was shipped out but they somehow just stored it at their warehouse, did not receive any calls from them, second order via other courier services went well without a hitch, you may want to evaluate LBC' s performance.

Giving them a 4 star updated rate as finally I received my cash refund after 15 days contrary to what they stated in their refund FAQ that it will only take 1-2 days for COD orders. I think they need to be more responsive to customers' concerns because I noticed that they won't provide comprehensive resolutions to your problems or give you estimated time of resolution.

The courier is friendly and accommodating. I was not home during the first attempt to deliver my items. I asked the courier to come back on the same day after an hour and he did. I would like to say to lazada thank you for the delivery of my tv and my refrigerator. My son did received it. The tv was declared delivered on a certain day but was not, it was really delivered after two days. The refrigerator was delivered on time. He did not give me the exact change of my payment. I give P2,000. For P 1,791.70 worth of GLUCERNA. After he gives me the product, he immediately let me signed his cellphone.
