Lawn Love mowed right height, Edged lawn & trimmed, very satisfied. Above average size lawn. Now it was just dry enough between record Rain Showers to cut properly. Took 45 minutes for 1st mow of Sring 2023.
LawnLove is definitely a perfect company for your lawn care needs. I was overwhelmed with the last minute job they did for my property while I was on the road traveling. I thought I did a good job doing my yard, But LawnLove blew me away. Your business, Is their business when it comes to a great looking lawn. Do not use this service if you value your sanity. For 6 months they charged me $200 a month to come out and supposedly mow, trim, weedeat, put down weed control. Each time they were at my home 15 minutes and left the grass flattened but not mowed. None of the other services that they said they were doing were done. They just billed me $222 on my credit card in June, after I complained that the service was not done yet again. They are not local and subcontract the work. That is the real problem. The company has no idea who is showing up at your home. I have tried to cancel the service over and over and they just keep showing up.
I had an embarrassingly overgrown lawn, which some lawn care services don't want to touch. Lawnlove didn't turn me away and sent Uriel to do the job. I'm so pleased with Uriel's work and I'm not embarrassed about my lawn anymore. If you're in the Sacramento area, I recommend LawnLove and Uriel!

I was in a pinch unable to mow my lawn from an injury and another company failed to mow in time. Mario showed up very quickly and made my yard (that had gotten out of control) look beautiful again! I definitely recommend these guys!
Went above and beyond what was expected in taking care of my yard. My yard was atrocious and I could never seem to get around to getting it taken care of. Lawnlove made it super easy and convenient. This was not a easy job as my yard was way overgrown and not easy to clean up. Andrew showed up and despite how atrocious the yard was he got the job done doing way more then what was expected and my yard has never looked better. I will definitely continue with there business and I already have several friends and family that have noticed and are wanting to start business with them too. Thank you for doing an awesome job!
Just started using them, had two cuts then they started to never pitched for the next 3. They send you messages they coming, you wait all day, you not able to mesaage their people when they change out your service providers, you query and all you get are surperficial apologies, "next cut"...that comes and no one again...and again all just apologies via email. I would not recommend this company as they have a total disconnet between their contractors and their business. They also charge you when their contractors do not arrive even after they acknowledge they failed to provide a service so you must check your CC charges with them.
Unless you are able to watch the contractors work to ensure it is done correctly - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is simply a contractor hub and each service is done by a different contractor. I was using them temporarily for a property and had to sign up for 3 services. The last service was delayed for almost a month because of "rain". Contractors will send you text message for delays but for some reason they don't receive or choose not to send pictures of their work.
I would always look at the reviews that have the lowest star reviews. Because these are the real people. So many people are paid to leave nice reviews so take this for what it was worth. We moved out of state and we trusted these guys with our yard (and were trying to sell our home at the time). They were HORRENDOUS. Didn't come when they were scheduled, ONLY mowed the front lawn, had to come back twice to mow the back and weed eat. This continued three more times, and then they broke a sprinkler head and didnt say anything, that team just quit. Luckily our neighbor said something else this would have continued to leak water for the rest of the month causing who knows how much damage. I would NEVER go with these guys again.
Their website is hard to navigate when looking for help. I had to google their customer service because there was no other option except sending an email and HOPING they got back to you in a timely manner.
I was on the phone with them for an hour arguing a charge they made when no service was provided and they said there was nothing they could do, despite my service being cancelled and no one coming out to do the service. They were not accommodating at all and it is not the first time they've charged me for services when no one showed up to do it.
And when they DO show up, it hardly looks like they've done any work at all.
Find another service. The only thing Lawn Love loves is taking your money.
It seems this company think asking for a Quote is the same the thing as requesting for a service. They will charge for something you did not ask for. The service person never even showed up, so i am not even sure what service they did. I am not sure if the CEO ever see his email, but I hope he see the email i send him and get his employees better training.
I am not impressed. I didn't fell comfortable giving them my credit card number and then they never showed up. I called and rescheduled. Another no show. Their glowing online reviews seem suspicious. I alerted my credit card of possible fraud
I would give them a 0. They started out good. This year my cuts have been late and not picking up my clippings. They haven't cut my grass since 8/31/21. I'm supposed to get cuts every 3 weeks. I have no issue with canceling for bad weather. I do take issue with not being able to find someone. I do not understand how they cannot find someone in my area. I found three additional who were willing to cut my grass today. I brought those concerns to Lawn Love plus I will get letters from HOA if not taken care of.
I spoke to two customer service people and I was told too bad and find another person to cut your lawn and tried their best. Their best was not good enough if you cancel people's jobs.
The ONLY reason I switched to their mowing service was because the representative promised me that weed control was included in the service(I confirmed with him twice) and the day the contractor came, he said no we don't do weed control and they charged me $46 for long grass fee after the job was done which doubled the cost to close to $100.2 weeks later, when they came for the service again, they charged long grass fee again because they claimed part of my grass were longer than 6 feet. Oh thank you! How can I trust you for that? Not to mention the whole reason I got into this service was because the sales rep said the weed control was part of the service. Now I'm not getting weed control service and Im paying double the amount for every service?
Kevin showed with his wife (co-worker), they got right to work and did a great job. They took care with the lawn and part of their service is to mow, trim around the house and along the driveway and they use the blower to remove the clippings from your sidewalk and paved areas.
I'm really happy with the work that Trent completed. Trent shows up ready to get the task done, once the earbuds are plugged in it's game on. There's lots of little things to do when taking care of a lawn and Trent is expeditious with his time and meticulous with his attention to details.
I had signed up for lawn service for the first time last week through LawnLove.com. Two days before the lawn service was supposed to arrive, the mowing company cancelled (no reason given). When I found out, I called LawnLove to cancel my "subscription", because I felt that the company wasn't very organized. It's more of a broker lawn service, unfortunately, and there isn't much communication between LawnLove and the lawn services. There is definitely NO communication between the client and the lawn service. Not what I was looking for. Anyway, I went ahead and hired a different lawn service and scheduled them to come out yesterday to mow my yard. WELL, that morning, LawnLove sent over a mowing company AFTER I had called and confirmed that the service with them was cancelled. I even received an email confirming my cancellation, yet they STILL sent over a lawn service. So, I had to cancel the other service. Also, the people that showed up did 10% of what I asked them to do. Never again!
I used them last year and canceled due to poor customer service and work quality. I moved to another county and tried them again this year because of a discount and got the same bad experience. Subcontractors here don't respond, respect your time or provide the quality of work for what you pay. I will NEVER use them again.

He messages me when he is behind or having issues. (Understandable since lawn equipment can break down). He lets me know when he is going to be out to the house.
