IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD
1. My first mow was not done the way I ordered it. The crew only did my front lawn even though I ordered and paid for my whole property.
2. My second mow was rescheduled because the assigned crew member was too busy and needed to move me. When I was attempting to confirm the time for the rescheduled day, I did not get a response until well into the evening. At that point, I was told he'd be coming the next day. Again, I asked for the time, and no response.
3. The one person crew showed up with no communication and began working on my lawn. I had to run an errand so I did not see him doing the work. I got an alert shortly saying that my lawn was complete.
4. Upon returning home, I noticed yet again, my lawn was not complete. Half of my back yard was not mowed.
5. I called to cancel the $100 lawn treatment over the weekend and asked for a call back. No one called me back.
6. I called back on Monday to again request the cancellation of the lawn treatment and to end my entire account because I am extremely unsatisfied with their services. I also explained the half done mows and was offered a credit of $15 for my third mow.
7. Over the weekend, I received an email stating that the former crew could no longer service my property and I would be reassigned.
8. I received an email confirmation cancellation on Monday and was advised I would not be charged.
9. On Wednesday, I received an email that the lawn treatment I cancelled was completed.
10. I had to call this company again and get this corrected. The team member assisted me and apologized.
11. I requested to cancel my account and receive a refund for the erroneous lawn treatment and the credit I was provided.
12. The team member confirmed he put in a ticket for the lawn treatment refund and that I wound be paid the credit. I also requested an email confirmation.
13. I then get an email explaining the charge for work that was supposedly performed last week. No such work was performed and if it was, there was no hang tag, no signs. None of this was explained to me when I requested a cancellation and was told I wouldn't be charged.
14. I was told they would be happy to speak with me. When I asked for a call, I was given a canned response about calling their customer service number. I had already had to call them three different times.
THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE and FULL OF LIES. The "CREW" consisted of one young man who did half way work. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Lawn Love is terrible. The work was not done as it should have and the customer service was terrible. Do not use this company for your lawn care needs.
Lawn mowing
Would give negative stars if I could. I have used them since July 6 (since I have to use them 3 times) all three times my lawn was not cut properly (this last time, the entire back yard and side was not cut at all) It was supposed to be cut between the 4-5 of Aug, they didn't show up til the 6th. Only cut the front yard, I called to complain. Lawn Love said give them 24hrs and it would be fixed. I recieved a text at 0654a on the 7th being told that the guy could not cut it that day due to religious beliefs (too easy) they didn't show on the 8th either. I had to call again and was told that the lawn provider came out on the 7th and fixed it (which they didn't) Finally customer service said they would get a different provider and they would be out here the 11 or 12 of Aug. I said fine, but I didn't feel like I should be charged extra for long grass since it wasn't my fault. The customer service rep agreed and said I wouldn't be charged extra. Found out who my new provider was, texted them to warn them about the long grass (probably almost a foot by now) and they sent me a new quote ($109.17) and wouldn't be able to make until the 15/16th Aug. I have been on the phone with customer service not stop since the start of this process and still no resolution. The newest customer service said that they will fond another new provider but the soonest would be 13/14th Aug. I am now awaiting a supervisor to call me back to give me more BS information. This is one of the worse services ever. I see why they make you agree to 3 cuts, because if you didn't have to you would definitely stop after the 1st cut. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am still here with grass in my backyard that you don't want to walk thru for fear of what could be slithering in it
No one ever showed up! We specifically hired them to take a BIG task off our to do list prior to my son's birthday party; they said the lawn would be taken care of Thursday or Friday. Thursday I get a text at 2.33p saying "Lance" is on the way and at 2.34p I get a text asking if I'm satisfied with his work! We wait in case there was a mistake and call at 4p when no one has shown up only to be told "Lance" submitted a google map photo of our yard as proof he mowed it (apparently in under a minute). We explained the urgency and the reason we asked them to come out in the first place and were PROMISED it would be done Friday instead. However, once again I get a text that "Lance" (Yes! They gave it to the same guy!) is on his way only to get another text 15 minutes later asking if we were satisfied. Having learned our lesson on Thursday we IMMEDIATELY called only to be told once again they will get someone out immediately to resolve it. THEN I get a text message saying there was an "unexpected problem" so the mowing will be done on Monday. We obviously cancelled this as the party was on SATURDAY and I needed it done BEFORE then not after! So at 5p on Friday evening we are now outside working in the yard instead of doing the other pre-party preparation we had planned to do. My husband was in the yard until WELL after dark all thanks to Lawn Love. And I haven't even mentioned how the agents graciously OFFERED to not charge us for the service (you know, the one we didn't get) AND tried to argue with my husband about cancelling because we had a contract! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? You want to start talking about our contract when you've no showed twice in 24 hours for our first service ever!?!?
Lawn Love is actually a third-party company that subcontracts your work out. They do not have control over their local contractors because they do not work for them so you are at the mercy of whoever they decide to give your service to.
