I needed to message my crew and move my job off a week and there was no problem. I was contacted to make sure that the day they could come after to days of rain was still ok to still do the job. I have not had any problems and always get a response from them quickly.

You can message your mowing team to find out why they haven't come out yet. I know from when I used them, the lawn company that was assigned was delayed a few times due to damage to his mower. There is also an option to be able to request a different lawn company if your not happy with the one they assigned to you. LawnLove is pretty helpful when you have issues.
